Very clean and quick

The cleaner noticed that my neighbours gutter runs to my downpipe, so he cleaned it out as well. Very kind and helpful.

Had the gutters and facias cleaned and the window surrounds completed as a matter of course. Result: Good job, well done.

Steven and Kian were on time, gave a friendly and thorough service.

Did an OK job the one time I used them in 2024, but they just will not stop spam messaging afterwards, pushing for more work. I must have blocked 50 different numbers and still a new one this morning. Will consider the ICO next I think.

A very personable and efficient representative of your company arrived to us after a long day in wet weather. He set about the job lifting his heavy ladder and thoroughly cleaning and flushing through all gutters and pipes.he left after an hour and a half to drive home a further hours journey . He told us he was proud to have the job which he enjoyed.

The quick response to my enquiry, less than 24 hours and the job was completed. Arrived on time, was present and efficient. The job, al guttering upstairs and downstairs plus a conservatory was completed within 45 minutes.

I was truly delighted with the service provided Ben’s Gutters. In the pouring rain the the chap who carried out the Work, Csaba, demonstrated not only attention to detail and thoroughness but also friendliness and considerable charm. He gave me a full description of everything he did and what he found lurking in my gutters and downpipes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family indeed everyone. Not only was I delighted with the service I was also delighted with the Price which seemed to me extremely reasonable. Big thumbs up too to the office team who were easy to deal with and straightforward.

Very easy to call and book, everything was easy, even with me needing to update the timings last minute. We had some birds try and make a nest in our chimney and instead they made a mess of our gutters, so the team came out at short notice and fixed us back up. Thank you!

Ben's Gutters systemic GDPR and TPS breaches harassing ex-customers
As a former customer of national firm Ben's Gutters Ltd (haven't used them for 18 months) I was receiving numerous sales calls so I asked them to stop calling.
I decided to exercise my UK GDPR Right to Erasure in writing twice (October & November 2025), they have completely ignored me and escalated their sales calls.
I have already raised cases with the ICO beginning of this year and Trading Standards in May, however the calls haven't stopped.
In the last month alone, my nuisance call blocker has logged 11 attempted calls from them, in spite of my number being registered with the TPS, and formal requests for me details to be removed from their database.
I am incredibly frustrated at this company's willful contempt for data privacy laws and consumers rights.

We booked a gutter clean for a specific time. It was very important that it happened on that day and it was over the bank holiday weekend. I made all of this clear on the phone. At the last minute on the Friday before the bank holiday they moved it to a time we couldn’t do and then of course no one answered the phone so I couldn’t rearrange. When I did then finally get through on the Monday they rearranged for a time three weeks later which suited us. But the cleaner turned up at the original time anyway.
Eventually I sorted it out with Ben’s Gutters and here we are waiting half an hour after the latest they were meant to come. Of course I have already paid £70. It makes you despair a bit than you can’t even get your gutter cleaned. There seems to be a hopeless misalignment between the office and the cleaners.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth: it was so nice to speak to a real person throughout, and all staff were polite, efficient, and ensured that I was kept fully informed.
Ryan, the technician who attended my property, was very knowledgeable and helpful, polite, and professional. He gave me tips to keep the downpipe blockage free in the future.
It was a very pleasing and reassuring to have such a great experience, and the price, £110 for guttering and downpipe cleaning (complete with go-pro footage to show end results) was much better than I expected - I will certainly be having them back annually for maintenance.

Calledout to fix a blocked gutter but turns out the gutter was broken, instead of leaving it there he went and got the required parts and fixed it for me without extra charge
