No fuss, speedy, pleasant.

We recently had our gutters cleared by Ben's Gutters. Alistair arrived on time, was polite and did a very good clean job. I would certainly use them again.

It started very positively. Quick response to my request, easy to book, seemingly trying to get the job done sooner than anticipated.

But then, having arrived at a time I was out, the work was said to be done but the promised photos never arrived and there's been no response from the company.

Update:
Having posted this review, the company reached out to me the same day and sent the very comprehensive photos and report through.

They had done an excellent job cleaning the gutters and clearing the leaves.

Although there was a slight glitch at the time, the swift response and customer service, not to mention the courteous responses to all my queries have completely rehabilitated this firm in my estimation.

I will be using them again.

This was the first time we’ve used Ben’s Guttering. For our first experience we will say that they were absolutely amazing cleaning the gutters. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will be using this company again.

The workers are very professional and respected my property. Great work carried out with excellent communication from start to finish. This is my 4th time using Ben's Gutters and I would definitely recommend them and will use them every time gutters need cleaned.

All work done by vacuum cleaning, with video recording of the state if gutters before & after cleaning. Further manual checking/clearance of swan-neck pipework blockages (long screws used by installers to secure pipework connections were causing debris to block the exits!).

The employee was very polite even though it was the end of a long day for him. He did the job well, explained what he was doing and was quick.

I am ashamed to say that I neglected my gutters until they were full of decomposing leaves and had begun to be colonized by grass, etc., and decided that they needed a better cleaning than I was capable of doing myself.

I had heard of Ben's Gutters and, based on personal recommendations, knew they did a first-class job and were completely reliable. I contacted them in the first instance by email when they were closed for the evening, was contacted by phone the next day, advised in respect of their comprehensive services, booked the job to be done the following day, paid in advance – done and dusted!

The following day, a gentleman from the company arrived in a company van, fully equipped and on time. He inspected the property and started work. About an hour later, all my gutters were clean as a whistle and ready, no matter how wet the weather!

The whole process, from beginning to end, was professional, prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. It doesn't get better than this, and I recommend their service unreservedly.

The company was very quick to respond to my request, offered a good price and the contractor attending was polite, sorted the blockage I had which was even more severe than I thought but he took care of it quickly. Painless experience to sort out my gutters, would recommend.
