I recently purchased a new bed from Bensons for Beds, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable.
A huge part of that was thanks to Tina from the sales team. Tina was exceptional — super helpful, incredibly informative, and wonderfully kind throughout the whole process. She had a cheerful energy that made us feel welcome, and she was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure we found exactly what we needed.
What really stood out was that Tina stayed after her shift had finished just to make sure we were completely happy with our order. That level of dedication and customer care is rare, and it made all the difference.
We left feeling confident, cared for, and truly satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, Tina, and thank you, Bensons for Beds, for such a brilliant experience!

Benson's - If you're just surfing then you're not welcome
Had a very strange experience. My daughter and I were looking for beds for my daughter. One of the staff came and I told her we are just looking for a bed for my daughter. She offered to help but I made it clear that I was looking and will be back later with my wife.
She then started behaving a bit strange and started to ask me to leave the store as she was assigned to me and she can't attend another customer till I was in the store. I needed more time to assess but she would keep following me and staring and repeated that I have to buy now since I spent a lot of time in store.
My previous bed was a Benson's bed which is why I returned so I can make a decision in store. However, now I am an ex-Benson's customer. The behaviour might be due to sales target but either way, gives no right to make a customer uncomfortable.
