Never buy from this company! Awful Experience!
I have never experienced such awful, frustrating customer service! Purchased a dress with expedited shipping and processing advertised within 48 hours. It took the company 7 days to process so the dress didn’t arrive on time. On top of that, the dress arrived damaged. The company went round and round everyday with me over email for over a week refusing to give a full refund (per their policy) and offering the most ridiculous credits or refunds if I pay to ship the dress back. I already had to pay for two dresses since theirs didn’t show up on time as advertised! All the errors were on their side and they refused to take responsibility. NEVER buy from this company!

Would give a 0 if possible. 130$ dress arrived cheaply made looking nothing like the picture. Nothing but a scam. Offer returns on website but just try to negotiate ridiculous terms like ten percent back plus you pay additional shipping for fully returned item. Needs to be shut down. Totally stole my money. Item not as pictured, they stole my money!!!
Ordered a dress for daughter for upcoming formal. Order was duplicated and I was billed two times for $104 each and received two dresses. Dress WAS NOT as pictured or described at all! Contacted customer service and they were unhelpful. Currently in the process of filing a dispute with attorney general, better business bureau and US customs office. This company should not be allowed to do business in the US. Basically I’m out $208 and dress is trash!!!! Will never do business with this company again. Save your money and order elsewhere!!!!
EDIT: update October 10: still no resolve from the company. No return, no refund, they’re just expecting me to pay for it and move on I suppose! Contacting attorney general today!!!!

Dishonest company and poor quality products
Purchased a dress for my daughter’s Homecoming. The dress ran too small and was boxy or misshapen. The day it arrived and we realized the fit was off, we contacted the company for a return. They keep offering discounts to keep the dress, but not offering the return. Very disappointed in the dress quality and the customer service. I should have done some research before spending money here. Do not waste your money on Berlinnova!

prom dress came 2 weeks after delivery date
the website was definitely a little sketchy when i ordered my dress. i found a beautiful red floor length gown that i wore to my junior prom. they tell you that the dress will be coming in 2 weeks but i guess that’s when they start shipping it after they make it? it ended up taking 4 weeks to come in instead of 2. but when the dress finally came, it was gorgeous and looked exactly like the picture and fit really nice as well. nobody had the same dress as me at prom which was really cool too. overall, the experience was definitely sketchy at first, but i absolutely loved the dress that i got and would probably order from this site again because i had an okay first experience.

Buyer beware with Berlinova
Buyer beware with Berlinova, they took months longer to ship my dress than committed; when it arrived it was damaged (and had different width straps than in the photo which I would have been willing to live with). I had to buy a prom dress quickly locally due to no time left and when I tried to return it, they spent weeks trying to 'negotiate' with me via email...first offering me 10%, then 20% and eventually 60% off my purchase price...to keep a DAMAGED dress and finally they went completely dark after I refused. Not coincidentally I learned, they went dark exactly after the standard credit card protection period (where my cc company could refuse to pay them and reimburse me) expired. These guys know exactly what they are doing, are unethical scammers peddling cheap products and I warn you that you are best to avoid them. Teens work to hard for their money to let them steal it

Won’t receive your item for months, refusal to reply to emails
Order a dress over a month ago for prom, Which they would say would ship in 12 business days, multiple emails sent after a month to cancel the order as Prom came and went, the company refused to acknowledge any email or cancel the orders. Will have to go through my credit card company to reverse charges.

We have sent over 5 emails with NO…
We have sent over 5 emails with NO REPLY!!! We ordered two dresses on 3/24/24 and paid for the shipping to get them within 2-3 business days. The dresses did arrive for 10 days, so we purchased different dresses. We have been trying to return both dresses with no response. We will never order from you again and I will be sure that everyone I know does not order. So unethical and very disappointed.

AWFUL
AWFUL. I ordered a dress from this website on April 3rd. It's been over a month since then and I have received no updates, no response to emails, and no way to contact them. I've sent more than 3 emails and all have been ignored. My order WBBLNUSSL6869 was supposed to take 6 to 10 business days to deliver and clearly has taken WAY longer. I'm sad, angry, and just want my money back. I no longer want the dress but unfortunately I don't even have a way of returning as it hasn't arrived and there is no way of tracking.

This company is terrible with customer service, not only is the quality terrible, it takes about a week for them to even respond to your emails.
