James was an angel to book through was incredibly patient and provided alternate forms of confirmation when I couldn't use the ideal one. this man deserves a raise!!!!

UPDATE: we spoke to them the following day - a lady called Ruby. She said she would issue the tickets and thankfully we revived the e-tickets the following afternoon. We also then confirmed with the airlines and they confirmed the booking was valid.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM ITS A SCAM! we called the airline directly to confirm if the ticket had been issued after we had bought and paid for the tickets via this website and it had not been. The airline agent said they had made a booking but the ticket had been cancelled as the ticket was not issued on time.

I was very concerned as I received no confirmation after booking. I called my bank the next afternoon and cancelled my bank card as I have still not received anything. The following day I received my ticket via Whats App and then later by email. My flight later in January. The ticket is confirmed with Qantas and I trust it will still be there when I go to the airport.

I booked my ticket through this company. It’s been 4 days since my ticket is not confirmed. Team is so awful. No help from team yet. Now flight will get full and I freaking have to sit in the toilet. Thanks for your support. Such helpful team. Should be proud themselves by giving such helpless service to their customer .

I bought AUD $5100 worth of flights. The airline did not confirm so the booking did not proceed. They will not refund my money. They do not answer emails or return phone calls.
This looks like a scam company operating out of Australia.

They cancelled our tickets due to “computer booking” issues but when I called the individual airlines, they all confirmed that there were no issues with any of their booking and seat allocation systems. It was very frustrating as I only found out when calling 48 hours before our family flight only to be told we had no tickets booked. Avoid them like the plague!!!!

My experience is very good. I talked with Ruby and she is very co-operative.

The guidance provided is marked by a friendly attitude and honesty.

I cannot express how terrible and inept this company are. We had to call 5 times in order to get our tickets issued (which were almost $5000 AUD). They are NOT in Australia, they are in India and hardly speak English.
I strongly urge anyone thinking of booking through them to just book directly with the airline and save yourself the hassle.

They do not give the full info when you are making a booking. When you finish the booking they will say for everything you have to pay extra. Example, when I booked my flights ti the UK all me check-in luckages, they wants me to pay $120 for every 5kg, each sector. All other booking sites give you 23Kg check-in luggage allowance. Now I have to pay $1,200 extra up and down forcheck-in luggage. I could have booked with Etihad airline directly for lesser price.

Today I booked 2 tickets through best price travel. Booking got declined so I called customer support. Luiy responded respectfully and sent me a link but unfortunately didn’t work. I called again this Ruby helped me sort the issue payment was done and booking the as done. Both were very respectful and patient. Thanks guys for providing good customer support and instant response.

I had a terrible experience with this company; it’s a scam. Please avoid losing money and buy directly from the airline, even if it costs more. It's worth it for the peace of mind!

I’m having a nightmare with this company! I wish I’d read all the “real” reviews prior to booking return flights!! 🥹. However, the question I have is…HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY RECEIVED THEIR E-TICKETS AND FLOWN WITH THEM??? Or have this terrible “agency” cancelled everyone’s tickets?? It would be good to know! I’ve just bought tickets for $1500 and this “agency” wants $850 if I cancel!!!! I’m fearful I’m going to be stranded 3 days prior to my flight!!

I stupidly booked my flights to the UK for Christmas this yr - I did this before reading google reviews!
I paid almost $3700. I called Qatar who advised me that there was no confirmed booking for me. Only an itinerary.
After days and evenings calling none stop (getting the run around) BPT finally provided an E ticket number. I called Qatar and was able to choose seats and meals. Finally my flights were confirmed.
A week later I notice my flight confirmation had disappeared from my Qatar App. I called Qatar who informed me that BPT HAD CALLED THEM TO VOID MY BOOKING! I called BPT multiple times and eventually Wendy advised me that it was in fact Qatar that had cancelled my flights. She said she could book me another flight with Emirates. I said no and requested a full refund. After a week of chasing daily I have finally received my refund.
It took for me to lodge a dispute with my bank, NSW Ombudsman complaint, 100’s of phone calls, stress, upset and wasted hours to resolve.
I was going home to visit my family for Christmas. Imagine I had turned up at the airport for my flight 2 days before Xmas to be told I was not on the flight. Thank god I checked the app that day!

Do not buy any tickets from this travel agent. I bought it online in mid september. I need to call so many times to get the booking ref no and finally got it on 18 Sept. Then another month i checked on my flight ticket, it said cancelled by travel agent on 2nd oct. There is no notification or whatsover for the cancellation from the travel agent. I just lucky to search my booking at qantas website and got advice by qantas staff that is cancelled. Imagined if I am already in the airport on my departure date. I am not sure why they cancelled my tickets for and i did ask them they said they just update the booking refererence and not cancelled it. But they cant give me the updated reference no straightaway, so much stress dealing with this travel agency. They just leave me hanging and punish me to worry about my flight ticket that i already paid a month ago. The one hundred dollar i saved from buying the ticket with this travel agency is not worth it for my sanity n my mental health. PLS DO NOT BUY anything from this travel agent.

What can be done with this company when they have scammed your money for flights that they then dont provide? (they have voided the flight and not returned my money)

Has anyone been able to get their money back? If so where to approach?

Nothing short of a SCAM. I tried to confirm my booking and it came back "SORRY YOUR BOOKING HAS BEEN DECLINE" can't even write it correctly. Was told I would receive an email to process my payment.This process also had a Surcharge $39.68AUD. Another SCAM on their part. On cancelling the entire transaction I was informed by "Wendy" that there would be a $550.00 cancelation fee. I had paid the $170.00 insurance to cover any cancellation or change of flights. My flights Have NEVER been booked through to QANTAS, so what was to cancel. They did refund (I'm in shock) but still took the $550.00 for cancelling. Needless to say I am far from finished with Best Price Travel. I have contacted Consumer Protection and the Ombudsman. Never been so disgusted. SCAM SCAM SCAM . Best Price Travel should be deregistered.SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I have since been told that the $170.00 Insurance I paid was for a Flexi fare. Could not be any further from the truth . I paid for Insurance and thats a cold hard fact. .

I had great professional service from Ruby at Best Price Travel, she was very helpful and wonderful to deal with.
