Good hand fast service

This company is built on overcharging people for a service that is unnecessary, and sometimes free. Fifteen minutes after making an appointment, I called to cancel. I was refused cancelation and refund because I agreed to the terms and conditions. The very nasty receptionist was less than helpful. It's a scam, streer clear.

The website is user friendly and makes a lot of sense. They have clinics all over and their bot is actually helpful! You can call or submit your question so their team can get back to you. Overall, good experience and seems like a great service.

Awful service and no results- exorbitant pricing and false statements. I paid hundreds of dollars for a test my doctor could do for free as a rush service. Here I am 6 days later (on a 3 day test) ad still no results. Also I had an "appointment" for the test. I arrive and no appointment at all, its a turn up and wait service. BLANTANTLY misleading in all their statements. Do yourself a favour and save your money and go to your doctor.

The means of communication with customers is awesome

I selected your services after being let down by the NHS. I booked on Friday evening for a Saturday morning test slot. Once at the test location i had the bloods taken and discussed when i would get my results. I was expecting 30/45 minutes only to be told 1-2 working days. This is when i knew what i had purchased was not and that i had been mislead by your website. I then waited. I telephoned on the Monday and was told that results would be available by 4 pm. Nothing arrived that day. I got 3 results the following day and then had to wait for the final result. No apology and no further contact for any kind of explanation.

They were very careful and kind. They gave me very helpful advice, put in a lot of effort, and responded quickly.”
