For the test itself, being an early detection test I would expect faster turnaround times.

I have just used this service for a screening test and was extremely happy with the service that I received.
The testing process was easy, the results quick, and queries answered quickly.

Spoke to a woman can't remember her name but I think she was a manager but her knowledge was extensive and so confident I had confidence in her.

OMGwhat a relief to be treated with understanding and kindness, thankfully all negative.

I had never used a service like this before but after suffering with symptoms for longer than I can remember and getting no where waiting for GP referrals, I was recommended Better2know by a friend. I found the booking fairly easy and my results came back within a few days of posting my sample to them.

I had such a good experience with this company. Needed to get myself and my girlfriend tested but wasn’t sure which tests would be best for me to purchase so I rang and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Dalen who had a lengthy chat with me about all my symptoms and advised me which was best for me. He was very patient and courteous and I can’t speak highly enough of him. I have worked in a contact centre for over 5 years myself and he is the perfect example of what a phone agent should be and how they should do their job, a real credit to the company. He also advised me then to ring back the following day to discuss my girlfriend’s symptoms with another lady called Margaret who was equally as lovely and helpful and I couldn’t speak highly enough of her either. Two absolute lovely people who made this negative experience that but easier to deal with. Very informative. Ordered the home testing kits they advised anyway so hopefully they arrive and it all goes smooth.

I was traveling abroad and needed to get some consultation in order to see if I really need a test to be done. I spoke with Eniel from Malaga on the Spanish team and he was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed. It gave me a piece of mind when I spoke to him. Great team and I highly recommend it.

Awful, they are a SCAM. Refused to refund me 175 euro after they were unable to provide me with a response to the swab due to "the samples not reaching the laboratory in good conditions". Do not ever give them any of your money as you won't get it back even if they are unable to provide with the service due to them being completely incompetent. ROBBERS

I needed to get tested however, I did not have the courage to go to an STI clinic. Luckily, there is an option for Everywhere service. The nurse who dealt with my case was Laura she took my samples and kept me calm throughout the process. I am highly appreciative of the support and care Laura has given me throughout. When a few of my blood samples could not be tested (I have no visible veins) Margaret was quick to arrange an instant test at no extra costs. I am very impressed with customer service and cannot thank Laura and Margaret enough. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get tested but does not want to visit a clinic.

My experience of Better2know cannot ve classed less that excellent from my initial interaction until receiving my results. At all stages I was guided by friendly and informed staff. All my concerns were addressed within minutes. Very supportive and professional. If you ever need to have STI testing done I would definitely recommend them everytime

Completely awful service - a test brokerage service. Not a health care provider as they don't care.

Dr was late to start with. I had drunk about 3 litres of water that day but after stabbing my fingers with his Lancet about 10x he declared he "could not get blood" and there was "something wrong with the quality of the lancets the company provides". Then started saying "I'm a medical doctor this is usually a nurses job".

Eventually managed to take blood with a cannula after lacerating my finger tips to shreds.

The test for HSV was negative but when I went to see a specialist the following day the very good and competent NHS doctor diagnosed me on the spot and prescribed an antiviral and said that they never use the Antigen tests as they are very inaccurate.

This company is using third party doctors clearly with no or inadequate quality control (can't even draw blood properly or turn up on time) and esseniatlly fleecing people with tests rather than providing considered care. Save your money and go to an NHS GUM clinic or a private clinic with credible doctors who will talk to you, examine you, test and treat you appropriately and give relevant advice.

I've rewritten this review and changed my rating.

I had some minor problems with this company. Specifically they promised pre-sales that my HIV for travel Certificate would be signed by a doctor. When I phoned after the test to confirm this I spoke to someone different who couldn't confirm this. Also the Certificate initially arrived without specifying the type of HIV test I had had - which was a problem for my Visa purposes.

These problems were quickly resolved once I found a competent and effective person to speak to so I have upgraded my rating. I'd use them again.

Used for fit to fly test. Tests delivered day after ordering. Instructions clear and concise on how to take test, fill in certificate request and getting certificate.
All proceeded as promised with certificated test results returned in under 2 hours from submission.

It would be handy if the certificate could be in a format to move straight to Apple wallet but other than that very pleased overall.
