Always a perfect dealing with this company, always receive my PCR on time and never have any issues traveling in and out of Africa. 10/10 service and Louise is always prompt to reply and issue emails without any need to prompt. No1 since start of COVID pandemic and will never use another provider.

Throughout my experience I have had, everyone has been extreamly helpful even when I wanted to change my test 2 hours prior to my appointment, this was easily arranged. Would recommend

Everything was very slick from beginning to end. The appointment process, test clinic (in and out in 10 minutes). Speed of results were inside the stated window.
After care, once I had absorbed the results, was impressive. The whole experience was a first for me and it was indeed 'Better to know' my overall impression was that they cared. One special mention must go out to Louise Wright, most impressive!

I experienced exceptional customer service from Louise. I returned two blood samples both of which had clotted, despite closely following the instructions for drawing blood. On the third attempt I experienced a problem with the collection tube - managing to snap the top of it whilst trying to unscrew the overtight lid. Louise was patient and understanding and has promised a full refund. I'm sure I caused considerable frustration, but I experienced exceptional support and customer care, throughout.

I phoned better 2 know trying to get a test booked as quickly as possible as I was worried I’d been exposed to HIV and was very scared - my case was handled by Eneil, who was beyond helpful and did everything he could to help me. He was extremely supportive and talked me down from a bit of a breakdown once he noticed that I was getting upset, and I can’t describe how big of a difference it makes to speak to someone who genuinely cares and is non judgemental in a situation like this, it made things a lot easier for me and I can’t thank him enough. I would 100% recommend this service for anyone who is worried and needs peace of mind, they have been amazing.

utterly fantastic. This is the second time we have used your Covid service, the first when we went to Malta last December and the second this time going to Guyana. On both occasions we were travelling on Sundays which other Covid test options were not able to deal with but you at Better2know are open every day which makes it far easier. I have phoned your offices 5 or 6 times and on every occasion the call was answered straight away, your staff on the phones were fantastic and have been kind enough to actually phone me back to give further information.

You have made the worrying aspect of getting the Covid Test on time really easy and smooth, as a traveller its very easy to get very worried about the tests as any failure in the Testing System means you lose your chance to travel. I spoke to Lyle, Louise and Richard and all were so helpful and kind...and patient.

I am so pleased to have used your service, you truly are stars. Many many thanks for making our lives so easy with the Covid tests. Youre running a great business, i have very seldom sent in this type of written thanks to any business but yours truly deserves it. Thank you again. Matthew Squire.

Had a great experience with Louise Wright and Better2Know --- They phoned me to confirm a location closer to where I live and I truly have nothing to complain about. Great service and a pleasant experience.

This was a brilliant service. An initial phonecall outlined exactly the service, what we had to do and the timescales involved. Booked & paid for the PCR test at 3.30pm and it arrived the next day. Well packaged & very clear instructions on how to administer the test. After completion, the sample was posted back in easy to use packaging (again with clear instructions on what to include). We only paid for the Standard service, but the result came back to us only 30 hours after we posted the sample. Excellent.

To whom it may concern. I have been using Better2know for all my travel medical requirements for the last three and a half years and have always received the highest level of service. This has been never more true during the pandemic. Louise Wright has been my point of contact - an excellent employee. Nothing is too much for her, she appears to be available to answer queries around the clock ensuring Fit to Fly certificates arrive - often to tight windows - on time.
