Great product
Great product - easy company to deal with, price was right. But then, I love Lloyds. I use the Lloyds pharmacy, and you couldn't get better service. Online was just as good.

We ordered a lightweight wheelchair…
We ordered a lightweight wheelchair which came promptly, unfortunately the foot rests had been fitted incorrectly which meant they pointed out instead of in. A phone call brought apologies and a replacement the next day. This unfortunately had the same problem however I managed this time to reassemble the foot rest the correct way. The Chair is now perfect and easily transportable. Betterlife were notified of the problems, they arranged collection of the 1st chair the following day and we trust that all other stock has been checked.
The service from the sales team was excellent Thank You

Lightweight foldable wheelchair with storage bag
Bought this product to assist a relative whilst on our holiday. Easy to assemble, lightweight and folds to fit in boot of my car in its own bag. Can’t fault it and worth the price as seen it advertised for much more elsewhere.

Swivel recliner chair and Stool.
The items were well packaged,good communication on when the product was going to arrive at my home all parts accountered for.The only thing missing was a guide to put the product together so took longer than normal to assemble.Once assemble was very pleased with the result everything fitted as it should and is very comfortable.Definately recommend it.

Excellent, well done Betterlife.
Ordered wheelchair for my elderly mother, from ordering to receiving everything was so easy. I have ordered from Betterlife before and service is excellent. Quality is excellent, actually better than I thought it would be for price I paid which was outstanding. I was kept fully informed of delivery time and day (which was even free), even when I changed delivery day. I would recommend this company to anyone. Well done Betterlife, service as it should be.

A great chair
A great chair - good value, comfortable, looks good and slim enough to fit through our fairly narrow doorways. Very quick delivery, ordered on Friday and it arrived following Monday.

Delivered as promised but it had a…
Delivered as promised but it had a faulty hand controller. I asked for a replacent which they supplied immediately which worked on arrival. I'm not sure it will work to it full 22 stone capacity because it was groaning with me on it at 17 stone... Other than that, I am very pleased.

I live in northern Ireland so I was concerned about ordering an electric bed given that assisted delivery wouldn't be available. Didn't need to worry, delivery was fantastic and the bed was easy to assemble. It was a brilliant piece for what could have been a very expensive item

Too difficult to assemble
A chair that is only possible to assemble with a Heath-Robinson solution, as the provided bolts were not large enough. Also the end dimensions of the assembled chair did not meet the stated size (were larger).
