Was sent the wrong panels. When I contacted the store they tried to tell me they were the correct panels with the wrong code on them. They were supposed to collect but still haven't and no one is responding now.

One of my chairs has wobbly leg and no-one will answer my emails to rectify the situation

SCAM COMPANY - WENT INTO STORE SAW CHAIRS I WANTED TO PURCHASE. NO PRICE TAGS ON ANY OF THEIRS ITEMS SO THEY CAN SCAN CUSTOMERS TO SEE HOW MUCH TO CHARGE. HE SAID £170. I WALKED OUT THE SHOP - MY SON DID SOME SEARCHING ONLINE AND FOUND THEM TO BE EXACTLY HALF THE PRICE ONLINE. UPON PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER AND PAYING IN FULL - I ENQUIRE ABOUT PICKING UP WHICH THEY THEN RESPOND TO IN SAYING IT WAS WRONG PRICING. WHEN THREATENING LEGAL ACTIONS, LADY ON THE PHONE SAYS "OH THERE YOU GO CUSTOMER HAS JUST WALKED AND BOUGHT YOUR STOCK SORRY NO STOCK LEFT NOW". I WENT ONLINE 5 MINS LATER AND THEY HAVE IT IN STOCK AND CHANGED THE PRICE TO £170 AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a nest of tables arrived on the 2nd of may damaged , I have contacted the company by e-mail & phone call but there is only a answer machine I've left a few messaged for someone to get back to me but never hear anything , really disgusted with this wish I never ordered from them, I've tried for a replacement but now just would like a refund as not satisfied with communication.

although they didnt have my chosen colour for the suite i ordered,they did issue me a speedy refund.
