Fantastic experience from start to finish. We ordered the cover which was delivered exactly when expected. This was the best price we found and the company had good reviews. Unfortunately we had ordered the wrong size. Phoned up and Bikermart immediately offered to order the smaller size with next day delivery despite being a Bank Holiday weekend. Has also said they will refund the difference even though the error was completely our fault. You cannot ask fairer than that. Thank you very much from a grateful customer.

I purchased an Armadillo cover to keep a ride on mower in. The item came quickly but all the tubes with open ends, that slide over other tubes, had been crushed either in manufacture or transit. So they either have little or no quality control or insufficient packing. Luckily I had a drift to knock the crushed tubes back into shape. On the plus side, Simon was prepared to replace the whole unit or any item I was unhappy with.

Despite complications in sourcing an exhaust I ordered leading to delays, the customer service from Simon was very good, I was kept updated regularly and replies to queries were answered quickly. Product arrived on over night delivery after reaching uk

Having bought a lot more Wunderkind products over the years than I should of through Biker Mart I have had nothing but the best service from them. Not only am I informed of the status of my parcel at every stage but I also love the way the packages come wrapped in discreet brown paper, which avoids the disapproving stares from the wife when items arrive ;) I can't recommend them enough..

I purchased some aftermarket tail lights for my MV Augusta, Simon was very help full in providing information needed and the lights were delivered to Australia on time. Cant rate the service high enough!
