Seem to the best of my knowledge be covered but I’ve had zero help in gaining access to my online profile and because it was outsourced from a broker I’ve also found out I’m being fined £25 weekly for E-Papers that are being sent to my online profile for me to confirm my insurance of which I’m not 100% sure I’m covered by.
They also changed my cover to commuting because I store my bikes in a lock up unit that isn’t at my home address, a bike that’ll do an average of 300 miles a year (summer Sundays) is a bike in their eyes I’ll be commuting with…..
Essentially I’ve answered questions and they’ve themselves answered them.
This is why I’ve rated it currently as 2/5 stars, a rating I’ll happily change if someone is about to put right the wrongs from them.

Unable to get cover to ride other motorbikes because of my job this is very discriminative.

Bikesure explained my policy clearly and met my needs , the price suited my budget .

Understanding and policy

I've got a custom build cafe racer and bikesure where the best at finding the right underwriters for a highly modified bike like mine. I've also been able to add further mods onto my policy at no extra cost, since the mods didn't increase the premium. The advisors have all been very friendly too. V happy.

I had a great experience with bike sure i was delt with a friendly professional person who was knowledgeable with all the products... I sold my motorbike a few days after renewing.
Despite the cool off period Bikesure retained a lot of money through questionable admin fees!!
Clearly money making company, not customer focused.

I always use Gocompare but twice now I’ve accepted the Bikesure quote only to be told “ring for a better deal” which results in me paying more ! I’ve gone with it this time as I was going on holiday but probably won’t renew with Bikesure ! 😡

Please read the negative reviews, this company are bad but that will only come to light once the draw you in. They will ignore your complaint and refuse to issue a deadlock letter which would enable you to take your complaint too the Ombudsman.
