Got through to an advisor very quickly. They could not be more helpful and very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Corrected a policy error I had made without any additional charges.

I have a multi bike policy with you which now at present has six bikes registered so when I chop & change my bikes which at present is quite frequent I really appreciate the patience & understanding I receive from the Customer Service team.

Terrible company just had my insurance with them for around a month paid £930 just moved house a mile down the road and they asked for another £400 because they said higher claims area there is only 20 house in the area so cancelled my insurance and received £630 refund £300 for one month's insurance would not recommend

I have been with bikesure for a number of years and found them very competitive on price and value for money.My bike also has a agreed value with them.

1t was okay as usual except with the value of the bike being less than last year I thought the price would be less the value of the bike now isone thousand eight hundred thanks barry

I was really impressed with the knowledge of the person I spoke to her about my bikes. It makes quite such a pleasant change from my previous insurer.

The renewal price was amazing £60 but the fees for staying with them for a second year was shocking. £45 for admin this really take the p*ss.
When I realised it they said it’s there standard charge. I have 6 bikes and I will no longer use them as I feel that this is profiteering from loyal customers

Initial quote was ridiculously priced being beat by Bennett by £200!
Combining both my bikes onto a multibike policy made a big difference and that’s why I stayed with bikesure

By far the best quote for the same cover from other big insurers also edition of my new bike wasn’t yet listed on comparison sites so had to phone for cover which was quick and easy👍.
