I purchased rugby match tickets via Biletwise for the Ireland vs Scotland match on 14 March in Dublin.
The tickets were never delivered.
I travelled from Romania specifically for this event, including flights and accommodation, and was unable to attend the match due to their failure.
I had to initiate a chargeback to recover the ticket cost. I strongly advise against using this platform.

Biletwise listed the wrong venue/stadium, which tricked us into buying the tickets for a soccer-match (without refunding our money afterwards), because the fine print of their Terms & Conditions allows them to cheat at customers
("Event dates, venue, city, or country information listed on Biletwise may change or may be incorrectly entered into the system by mistake.")

Ne commandez pas sur ce site ce sont des escrocs nous avons commandé 3 billets pour Fenerbahçe et n’avons jamais rien reçu…. Il existe d’autres sites beaucoup plus fiable !!!!

I bought a ticket for the Galatasaray vs Juventus match from Biletwise and paid 300€. I went to the stadium and waited for the ticket, but they never sent it. Before the match they kept emailing me saying I would receive the ticket soon, but nothing arrived.

When the match started, they suddenly emailed me saying the ticket was not available anymore. I was already at the stadium and could not enter the match. It has been 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund.

This is a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend buying from Biletwise.
Shame on them, they should be happy i cant meet them.
I am trying to find them live.

Mi hanno regalato dei biglietti per la partita di Eurolega tra Panathinaikos e Olimpyakos: i biglietti ci è stato detto che sarebbero arrivati entro qualche giorno dalla partita. Arriviamo ad Atene dall’Italia il giorno della partita, ancora nulla. Sollecitiamo e non ci rispondono. A 2 ore dalla partita ci arriva una mail dove danno la colpa agli organizzatori della partita che non hanno più biglietti: la partita è andata sold out da mesi, e in biglietteria ci dicono che biletwise non ha i permessi per vendere i biglietti in Grecia.
È una truffa, statene alla larga.

They told me i would receive the tickets days, or a couple of hours latest before the event. I received nothing and of course no customer support answers. And i organized a whole trip just for this match. Complete scammers!

Comprati il 17 OTTOBRE 2025, 320 euro per due biglietti.
Ho mandato 3 e-mail, con la richiesta di avere questi biglietti e mi è sempre stato garantito che sarebbero arrivati entro il giorno della partita.
Oggi, 6 MARZO 2026, alle 17.55 dopo che ho preso un aereo (perché arriviamo dall’Italia) , speso soldi per un appartamento, mi arriva un e-mail dicendo che i biglietti non sarebbero stati consegnati.
SIETE DEI LADRI e DEI TRUFFATORI.
oltre alla figura pietosa fatta perché questo biglietti erano un regalo di compleanno.
NON COMPRATE SU QUESTO SITO.
Mi domando perché a distanza di tutte queste segnalazioni non venga chiuso immediatamente.
Inoltre, siamo venuti in biglietteria e la ragazza ci ha detto che NON ESISTONO BIGLIETTI PER QUESTA PARTITA CHE SI COMPRANO SU QUESTO SITO, ma solo su

J’ai commandé des billets pour les quarts de finale du championnat grec, le match avait lieu à Athènes le 18 février à 20h, j’ai payé 223€, j’ai reçu des billets pour des quarts de final en Crète à 17h d une valeur de 45€ … depuis le site refuse tout remboursement , je suis venue de France pour ce match ! Ce site est malhonnête n envoie que des réponses automatiques . Fuyez … j engage des démarches pour remonter leurs pratiques auprès des services compétents .
Je vous conseille de déclarer ces pratiques sur le site du centre européen des consommateurs , il est possible de monter un dossier pour obtenir réparation !

J'ai acheté deux billets pour un match de Ligue des Champions (Galatasaray vs Juventus) pour un montant de 540,92 €. Une fois le paiement encaissé, l'expérience est devenue un cauchemar :

Demande de données confidentielles : Le support client m'a contacté pour exiger mes mots de passe personnels (compte Passo et email), ce qui est une violation totale des règles de sécurité élémentaires.

Frais cachés massifs : Alors que le premier message affirmait qu'avoir une carte Passolig était la seule condition, ils ont exigé 24h plus tard un paiement supplémentaire de 2200 TL par billet (environ 90 €) pour 'débloquer' les titres. Cette condition n'était mentionnée nulle part lors de l'achat.

Non-livraison : Malgré mes relances, les billets ne sont jamais apparus sur l'application officielle Passo. Le statut reste bloqué en 'Awaiting Delivery' (En attente de livraison) alors que le match approche/est passé.

Service client déplorable : Yakup et Cenk du support refusent tout remboursement en invoquant des clauses obscures, tout en étant incapables de fournir le service payé.

Conseil aux victimes : Ne cédez pas à leur chantage et ne donnez jamais vos mots de passe. Contactez immédiatement votre banque pour lancer une procédure de CHARGEBACK (rétrofacturation) pour service non rendu et fraude. C'est la seule solution efficace contre ces méthodes.

I purchased tickets twice from Biletwise, and both times the experience was completely unacceptable.

In my first order, I never received what I actually paid for and was instead given much worse, inferior tickets. In the second order, the seats were far apart and not seated together at all, even though that’s exactly what was advertised and paid for.

This is not a small mistake — tickets are expensive, time-sensitive, and emotionally important. Getting the wrong seats, downgraded tickets, or broken promises creates huge stress, especially close to an event. Customer support did not provide a satisfactory solution that matched what was originally sold.

After two failed orders, I have zero trust in this platform. If you care about your money, your plans, or your peace of mind, I would strongly recommend avoiding Biletwise altogether and booking from a more reliable source.

We were already at the stadium when 10 minutes after kickoff Biletwise sent an email stating delivery failed due to a seller issue.

The cancellation came way too late, causing wasted travel, time and stress.

Although a refund was promised, the handling of this sale was extremely unprofessional.

Buyers must be cautious — pricing was unclear, additional charges were requested late, and delivery was not honored as promised.

This experience was very disappointing.

Me cobraron por tres billetes a €170 por billete para un partido rayo Vallecano. Atlético de Madrid. Y el día del partido me lo cancelan. Han usado mi dinero para organizar sus ventas y reventas a coste cero. No son un servicio al cliente. Son un parásito.

J'achète des tickets très chers au bord du terrain. On me donne des tickets tout en haut des tribunes complètement dans le coin. Pas de modification de prix. Pas de message explicatif. Ils vendent des billets qu'ils n'ont pas et vous donnent ce qu'ils trouvent 2 heures avant le match en espérant que vous soyez heureux. 900 € pour des billets à 30 €
