Biletwise took my money for 1 x Ticket for Ireland V Hungary game and then told me they could not contact the end user, I quote below "We can't reach the seller user. Since the event will be today, we have to cancel this order. Your refund has been processed it will reflect on your card within 20 business days. If you wish, you can buy new tickets from the product page again.

I travelled to Budapest but read the reviews and tried to cancel the ticket looking for a refund, advised that no refund possible so I actually tried to sell this same ticket for a cheaper price just to get something back AND THEY SOLD IT!!

We bought tickets for a bascketball game in Belgrad. We were told that we will recive our tickets 8 hours before The game. 3 hours before the game we had nothing and nobody was answerring our messages. They only sent us the tickets when I told them that I'm gonna contact the bank for a refund. Besides, the locals told us that the price we paid was 2-3 Times more than The usual price. Only use this platform if you want over priced tickets and anxiety.

I purchased tickets on the website biletwise.com on the 19th for a football match in Istanbul on January 21st. When buying the tickets, the only information provided was that the tickets would be emailed on the 21st. I spent 410 euros on two tickets. It was a birthday gift for a child. We are from another country and flew to Istanbul specifically for the match.

I knew that Turkey has a strict Fan ID system, so I registered myself in PASSO. When I arrived and went to the stadium, I was told that to confirm entry to the stadium, I needed to link the tickets to a Fan ID or buy tickets with a passport at the stadium.

I started writing to the website's support team. They responded that they would provide the tickets ONLY upon receiving two Fan IDs in PASSO. We are not from Turkey, and for some reason, the SMS for confirming the child's account was not arriving. I provided all the information to the service, explaining that it was impossible to register the second account, to which they replied that they would only send the tickets with both accounts. I sent the first one (my own), and they wrote that they were waiting for the second one.

Three hours before the match, they sent a message saying that I needed to top up these PASSO fan cards. Three hours before the match!!! I faced difficulties doing this because I'm not from Turkey. In the end, they didn't send me a single ticket. Instead, they wrote back in an email that they had made a payment to the seller and therefore could not refund the money.

They are 100% scammers who couldn't even send one ticket. Three hours before the match, they demanded for some reason that I put money on the fan card. In the end, I had to buy tickets at the stadium, where no money needed to be added to a fan card.

Do not deal with this service!!! No one returns the money. They don't warn you about what needs to be arranged and make no attempt to solve your problem! This service owes me 410 euros!

Llegan las entradas 1 hora antes del partido en nuestro caso tuvimos que viajar desde Vigo a Lugo sin tener las entradas ya que llegaron una hora antes viajábamos con niños arriesgándonos a qué no llegaran las entradas

Meine Erfahrung mit Billetwiese beim Spiel Galatasaray gegen Atlético Madrid am 21. (gestern) war sehr enttäuschend. Die Seite wirkt zunächst vertrauenswürdig, doch nach dem Kauf begannen die Probleme. Es wurden zusätzliche Bedingungen verlangt, die zuvor nirgends klar kommuniziert waren.
Die Kommunikation ist untransparent, es kommen immer wieder die gleichen Standard-Mails, ohne konkret auf den Fall einzugehen. Bis zum Spieltag wurden die Tickets nicht geliefert. Insgesamt hatte ich nach dem Kauf nicht mehr das Gefühl, als Kunde ernst genommen zu werden.
Ich schreibe diese Bewertung, um andere Käufer davor zu warnen, hier Tickets zu erwerben.

Tarafıma zorunlu bakiye yatırılması gerektiği söylenerek işlem yaptırılmaya çalışıldı. Passolig ile görüştüğümde böyle bir prosedür olmadığı belirtildi.

Bu nedenle yanıltıldığımı düşünüyorum ve firmaya olan güvenim tamamen sarsıldı.

Hukuki sürece başvuracağım.

After purchasing tickets, the event venue was changed without proper notice.
When I contacted biletwise, I received only automated responses. There is no way to reach a real person anymore. No support, no solution, no accountability.
I do not recommend biletwise at all!!!

I bought tickets for the World Cup qualifiers 3–4 weeks before the match but never received them. I stayed in regular contact, but all I ever got were automated responses. They promised that the tickets would arrive no later than 30 minutes before the match, which is unreasonable to begin with.

Then, 30 minutes before kickoff, I received an email saying that my tickets had been cancelled. Absolutely unbelievable. I was standing outside the stadium hoping the tickets would finally arrive, but nothing. I had travelled from Sweden to Vienna solely for this match, paid for flights and a hotel, and then they scam you in this way. It’s a complete disaster.

I am still waiting for my refund as well — I haven’t received a single cent yet. They just keep saying that I’m covered by the “Billetwise guarantee” and that the money will come, but that was three weeks ago. Never buy from them. It’s beyond unacceptable and the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ho letto molte recensioni negative su questo sito, e da quel che ho capito tu paghi un largo Extra a loro che fanno da agenti. Per quello spesso non consegnano i biglietti fino all'ultimo momento, perchè dipende da quando lo comprano loro.
Io ho comprato 2 biglietti per una partita di Basket 3 mesi in anticipo e i biglietti sono arrivati una settimana prima della partita.
Nonostante la paura di non ricevere più i biglietti, è andato tutto bene, e ho ricevuto tutto in tempo.

Не ни пратија електронска потврда за уплатата. Кажаа дека ќе дојде некој да ги донеае картите. Од Скопје до Белград отидоа бидејќи знаеа дека имат карти. И со големо разочарување.
