Une honte. J achete des billets pour un match de basket à Milan. Très belles places face au terrain. On me livre des billet pour un autre stade et tout en haut. Billets à 17 euros à que j ai payé 360 euros. Les interlocuteurs font semblant de ne rien comprendre. C est une honte. Billet pour l anniversaire de mon dernier qui était tellement content d aller à Milan. Résultat on me plume de 360 euros et mon fils est en larme. C est inadmissible de laisser de tels sites

They didn't sent the etickets paid by me. They said someone representing biletwise will come to the venue with paper tickets, but of course no one showed up. Totally SCAM!!!

They are scaming people. Day before game they email you that they cant send your tickets. And that you are wellcome to buy new one for dubble price on their website.

Tickets für Portugal gegen Armenien gekauft, kamen wie verabredet pünktlich (zwar erst einen Tag vorm Spiel, aber dennoch rechtzeitig) haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf super Plätze bekommen. Dass die Bearbeitungsgebühr sehr hoch ist, sollte einem bewusst sein, wenn man über Drittanbieter bucht. Werde die Seite wieder nutzen.

Bought tickets a month before the event. Paid for them. Traveled (flew) to the event only to get an email from Biletwise 24 hours before the event that the tickets were unavailable and they’d refund my money. What a scam.

Bought tickets for a football game, should have gotten e-tickets. But instead they hooked me up with some guy who was at the match who smuggled us into the stadium. It sure was an adventure, but one I never wanna relive again. Not recommended!

Tickets ordered online were cancelled at the last minute. We maneged to get our money back only throught a chargeback via my bank. The company has no clear point of contract and insists on strictly online communication, where responses come very late or not at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience - I would not recommend this service

20 euro ticket with 60 euro service charge!!

Ich habe Tickets gekauft für ein türkisches Fussballspiel, bzw. hab ich das geglaubt. Weil für 3 Mal den Ticketpreis bekam ich lediglich die Reservation, wodurch ich das effektive Ticket dann über den offiziellen Verkaufskanal noch erwerben musste. Biletwise hat also kein Ticket verkauft, sondern nur die Reservation.
Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch, schreibt teilweise nicht mehr zurück und es werden AI Generierte Texte genommen oder einfach Copy Paste.
Kauft lieber keine Tickets, lasst den Events sausen als euch mit Biletwise rumzuschlagen

Compras entradas con semanas de antelacion, pagas el dinero y dicen que te la entregan el dia del partido. Ya es raro
Luego a 24 horas del partido te envian correo , que si no lo ves pues mira que gracia, y dicen que la entrega es fallida . Ala te has quedado sin entradas y como ya tienes viaje organizado pues las pillas en otro sitio más serio por bastante mas. Que hace semanas no costaban tanto, evidentemente.

Y luego para devolverte el dinero dicen que tardarn 1-20 dias, ya llevo 9 y nada. Cuadno es para ellos, lo tienen desde el primer dia ( no el dia de entrega de entrada). Cuando te lo tienen que devolver , a esperar.

Unfortunately, the system for buying soccer tickets in Turkey is completely opaque for non-locals. I wanted to go to a soccer game on Saturday and ordered tickets two days in advance. However, in order to receive them, you have to take out a paid subscription with a provider. When I paid for the tickets, it said that they would be sent to me. On the day of the game, I still didn't have my tickets. It was only when I contacted customer service that they pointed out that I didn't have an account yet. So I had to take out another paid subscription. My companion also had to take out a subscription. Customer service also told me that I would only receive my ticket two hours before the game. I had my ticket, but my companion did not. So I had to sort that out as well. Until shortly before the game, it was not certain whether we would be able to enter the stadium, even though we had paid 95 euros. In the end, everything worked out at the last minute. There were also problems with my ticket at the stadium because my VISA card always opened when I presented it at the machine. So everything was very stressful before the game. The customer service representative was always helpful, but the system is impossible to understand.

Tickets gekocht voor een voetbalwedstrijd. We hadden meer betaald om op een goede plek te zitten. We kregen uiteindelijk niet de plek waar we extra voor hadden betaald. Ook kregen we na het kopen van de tickets extra kosten wat vooraf niet aangegeven waren.

We came to the stadium Santiago Bernabeu to watch the el clasico and we bought 4 tickets to the game, we came an hour early and 20 minutes before the game they told us that we will not get the tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE

I bought three tickets for Serbia vs Albania, originally to be played in Belgrade. Due to it being a high risk game, the venue was changed to Leskovac. So 60.000 seats, to 6000 seats. I asked them for a refund for security reasons, they refered to their terms and conditions. I knew they would not get a hold of the tickets because the tickets were given out to SNS voters by the goverment -, they replied with «Your tickets will not be affected», which I knew was a lie because I am from Serbia. The day of the game I got a message stating the cancelation of the tickets. I had to message them twice for the refund. The only good thing to say is refund took about 14 days. Never again, they will do anything to keep the money, I was suprised I got the refund in the end.
