I needed 2 Portugal-Ireland football tickets in Lisbon (I am from Finland) and ended up buying about 2 months before the game from Biletwise. The purchase was easy to make, but then it turned out it is a reseller platform and users are going to deliver me the tickets once they have them. After numerous chats, which they did answer swiftly, it turned out that sometimes tickets are delivered even just before the event. So that brought a huge insecurity in my mind, being a first time customer and I really needed the tickets. Their fee was high, about 50 euros, so I had paid about 130 euros for tickets I didn't get right away. Meanwhile I found the official Portuguese ticket channel and was able to purchase 25 euro tickets through them, about 1 month before the game. The game sold out in a few days. Well, to my slight surprise I did receive the tickets through biletwise about 5 days after that. So I had 4 tickets, OK. They weren't the exact section I asked, but close enough. If you are looking for exact location, be aware of this however. And the actual tickets price was 20 euros, incredibly nice pricing for the Portuguese! Lesson: do your research to find the official sales channel. Many times the info can be found only in local language, so use translate tools to make requests and searches. In Portugal, you need to join the national team's Portugal+ site and find out when ticket sales starts.

Despite some issues which I think were due to using Safari on my iPhone Yakup from the customer service team sorted out getting my ticket and was brilliant in communicating all the time with me. I think that the main issue is with Passo.com.tr and using apple. Well done Yakup !!

Horrific company
Horrific company. I was sent vouchers not tickets. The box office was closed before the game. I couldn't pick up the tickets. Listing never said anything about vouchers.
Instead of refunding me the company lied and said the game began at 7pm not 8pm.

They ignored all by evidence showing it began at 8pm and stole 500 Euros.

It even said on the tickets they showed me of other people 8pm.

I did a chargeback and the company lied. Despite the tickets showing 8pm I lost my money.

Scegliete i biglietti digitali, purtroppo come ovunque avranno un sovrapprezzo😐, ma cmq il miglior prezzo che si trovava online😃, unica pecca che il nome sui biglietti erano di un altra persona, sempre la stessa! (evidentemente acquista molti biglietti e ci fa poi la cresta) nessun problema comunque perché siamo entrati e ci siamo goduti portogallo ungheria ! Fantastico!!! Consiglio! Mi raccomando! Stampateli ma tenete anche il formato digitale!! Perché se una macchina non legge bene le stampe, il formato digitale sarà lì pronto ad aiutarvi! I buy 1 ticket for the match Stockholm-malmo en I don’t get anything. They told me I get it back after 30 days. But there was nothing. Now I try to get contact with them but they give no reaction. DO NOT BUY BY BILLETWISE!!

I bought four tickets for the Turkey-Georgia match. Two were transferred. The other two still haven't been sent. They don't have a phone number or respond to emails. This is a scam site; don't buy tickets; they're already overpriced. I was ripped off, and they stole my money, and they won't refund me. I'll be reporting this to the police department and taking whatever legal action is necessary.

Kjøpte to billetter til Norge-Israel kampen for min sønn og jeg. I tillegg til billetter betalte jeg litt over 100 euro i service fee, men med 100% garanti til billettene. Ett døgn før kampen tar jeg kontakt og etterlyser billettene. Får svar 12 timer senere om at jeg bare kan slappe av, for de vil garantert komme. Tar ny kontakt 2 timer før kamp. Ingen svar og ingen billetter. 30 min før kampstart, så kansellerer de bestillingen. Jeg har brukt penger på fly og hotell i tillegg, og de beklager ingenting. Styr unna, bare scam og elendig service.

Hände weg von biletwise.com - ich habe 4 Tickets gekauft und bezahlt und einen Tag vor dem Fussballmatch haben sie mir geschrieben ich müsste das Doppelte nachzahlen. Nach langem hin und her, habe ich weder die Tickets bekommen noch das Geld. :((

I bought three tickets for a Galatasaray match, I live in England and am taking my two boys as a gift on the back of a few tough years.
I was told that I have to open up a Passo account for the three of us, which I did, then when pressing a buy button at a certain point on the Passo site the tickets would then be transferred, this pop up did not appear, I spent two weeks or so changing emails, computers and any other specific thing I could think of that would help but nothing worked, it became apparent that I wasn't going to get the tickets, I asked for a refund but received a long legal form stating they do not do refunds, or that I could re-sell them, which seemed odd as I never actually had any tickets to resell.
I feel embarrassed, I should of read trust pilot before going anywhere near this company.

Scammers!! I have had tickets cancelled and no refund! No reply from company. This is not safe, nor should be trusted!

Sie haben bis zum letzten Tag gewartet, um uns die angeblich „garantierten Tickets“ zu liefern. Am Ende wurden diese storniert, und bis heute haben wir noch immer keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Absolut unseriös und nicht zu empfehlen!

J'ai acheté 2 billets pour le match Suisse-Suède le 15.11.2025 qui au départ était prévu à Bâle. Le match a été déplacé au stade de Genève. Le site veut me livrer les 2 billets pour le match Suède-Suisse du 10.10.2025 à Stockholm. J'écris tous les jours et le même interlocuteur qui fait semblant de ne rien comprendre me répond toujours de la même manière en disant que les billets peuvent être déplacés de lieu ou de date et que l'achat par leur biais le permet. Ils ont donc le droit de voler de l'argent en vendant n'importe quel billet. Je ne peux pas revendre mes billets car ils sont notés pour le 10.10.2025 au stade de Genève alors que c'est faux.

Il sito non si è fatto sentire da un mese prima fino alla mattina stessa della partita.
L'e-mail nel giorno della stessa mattina annunciava la mancanza della consegna dei biglietti mentre noi eravamo appena scesi dall'aereo per l'albania.

Ich habe viele Erfahrungen im worldwide web gesammelt und auch Tickets online gekauft, aber sowas wie hier bei biletwise.com habe ich nicht erlebt. Kundenservice ist zwar vorhanden, aber nur mit copy paste Texten oder ein Bot antwortet immer das gleiche. Obwohl ich die Tickets 2 Wochen vor dem Spiel gekauft und bezahlt habe, wird immer mit diesen automatischen Antworten reagiert, aber keine Spur von den Tickets. Dann wird mal per Mail der Status der Tickets auf on hold gesetzt, mit der Begründung, man solle eine andere "teurere Kategorie"buchen, ansonsten würde man an der Bestellung festhalten oder ich müsste warten, was auch bis zum Anpfiff dann dauern könne und das Risiko auf mich nehmen. Dann wird erneut der Status gewechselt, aber die Texte bleiben immer gleich. Ich gebe euch allen einen guten Rat, lasst die Finger von dieser Plattform und kauft bei anderen, namhaften und vertrauenswürdigen Partnern. Ich habe den Fehler jetzt einmal gemacht, nie wieder!!!!
