So much for their guarantee! Cancelled my tickets the day before the match. Claiming Denmark fans would sell to someone from the Uk. When my address is in Denmark. Had to fork out 1000 bucks so as to not disappoint 2 10 year olds. And I was still in the Danish supporters part of the ground. Never again

They are cheater. I bought a ticket which I never received, furthermore, after 2 months they charged me again for the same amount without purchasing anything else with them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM!

I bought the ticket 1 day before the match and it was delivered 2 hours before the start of the match. No problems!

Biletwise is a complete scam. I purchased tickets through their site and never actually received them because they were “non-transferable.” When I contacted customer service, they claimed they had tried to reach me by WhatsApp (seriously?) and that the only way to get the tickets was to download some random app, log in under a stranger’s account, and then wait for them to send me a verification code through WhatsApp. Completely unprofessional and shady.

When I finally got “access” to the tickets, I discovered they were advertised incorrectly. Customer service didn’t care at all. At the stadium, the tickets turned out to be duplicates. Security had to step in, and while we were eventually admitted, we had NO seats and had to sit on the steps. When I followed up with customer service, they literally laughed and told me I was being “picky.”

This company is dishonest, unhelpful, and a nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the stress and money—do NOT trust Biletwise.

This is a scam company. Do not buy tickets from them under any circumstances!

First, they sent me the wrong tickets which concerned me. I took a week to get the correct tickets however it worked finally

Great service, got my tickets for the Turkish league no bother, inc the passo card. All very easy. Yakup Yilmaz took care of me and he was amazing, super responsive and got me sorted

What was good; I got to the match, I had even better tickets than expected , and the client service was helpful

What was less good : I had difficulties to get my tickets because I was a foreigner, and initially they wanted my to pay 30€ more than agreed to get the tickets. Finally they did not make me pay

Absolute Katastrophe! Wir haben unser Ticket vor etwa drei Wochen über Biletwise gekauft und wurden seitdem nur hingehalten – bis fast zur letzten Minute. Immer wieder wurde uns versichert, dass das Ticket auf jeden Fall noch kommt. Doch dann kamen Ausreden, plötzlich hieß es, das System sei schon geschlossen. Uns wurde überhaupt nicht geholfen, stattdessen hat man uns im Stich gelassen. Und als ob das nicht genug wäre, wurden uns dann auch noch 60 Euro extra abgenommen, weil angeblich unser Passolig nicht passt. So ein unprofessioneller und unseriöser Service ist einfach unfassbar. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier irgendetwas zu buchen!

Ama sonra bahaneler başladı, birden sistemin kapandığı iddia edildi. Bize hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı, aksine tamamen ortada bırakıldık. Yetmezmiş gibi bir de Passolig ’imizin uygun olmadığı bahanesiyle bizden fazladan 60 Euro alındı. Böyle profesyonellikten uzak ve güvenilmez bir hizmet gerçekten akıl almaz. Buradan kesinlikle hiçbir şey almanızı tavsiye etmiyorum!

I PAID FOR A FOOTBALL TICKET ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND AFTER PAYMENT, THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER THE TICKET UNLESS I GAVE THEM MY PRIVATE PASSOLIG LOGIN DETAILS. THIS IS NOT JUST UNPROFESSIONAL – IT’S DANGEROUS AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

WHEN I REFUSED TO GIVE THEM ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT, THEY TOLD ME I WOULD GET NO TICKET AND NO REFUND. THIS IS CLEARLY FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR.

THEY LOOK LIKE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY, BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY FRAUDSTERS HIDING BEHIND A NICE WEBSITE.

STAY AWAY FROM BILETWISE. YOU WILL GET ROBBED.

It was my first time buying a ticket from this site and I really appreciate the help and effort of the team. Whenever I ask something about my process, they answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. Thanks for everything.

My puchase was cancelled the day of the game because seller is unable to deliver the tickets. I have been asking for the seller’s contact info at least a week prior to the game and no one answered to me. And now I am told I need to wait up to 20 days for a refund. This is unacceptable. I don’t recomend anyone to use billetwise. I feel I have been robbed.
