If I could give 0 stars I would… I bought flight tickets and even booked my hotel near the stadium after my friends and I purchased tickets to VNL in June, way back in March. The tickets were not delivered and upon constant probing and chasing, the representative from Biletwise kept assuring us the tickets would be delivered, sometimes even up to 2-3 hours before the match. With their assurance I went ahead with my travel plans. 2 hours before the match, they sent an email to say they cannot deliver the tickets as promised and will give us a refund. Hello?! I don’t want a refund? I want to watch the match that’s why I flew to Istanbul and stayed far from even the main areas to be near the stadium. Refunding the ticket does not even come close for compensating our time and money, let alone the anxiety of waiting and constantly checking for the tickets in the days leading up to the match. Most ridiculous and a huge joke. If you don’t want your blood pressure to rise and end up with huge disappointment, stay away. Just unbelievable.

Also, the refund is still not processed. 13 business days and counting… Will follow up with another review and request for compensation.

Biletwise is an organized scam! They stole from me without any scruples or remorse. Their platform is a trap for the naive and their customer service is a farce. They will never answer your requests or help you solve the problem. They are professional scammers and have no interest in providing an honest service. I strongly advise against using this service and recommend reporting their activity to the competent authorities. Do not waste your time and money with these scammers!"

Truffa! Praticamente nessun tipo di comunicazione con lo staff che ha una risponderia automatica e nessun tipo di analisi dei messaggi inoltrati (o fanno finta di non leggerli o comprenderli). Abbiamo acquistato i biglietti per l'incontro calcistico Norvegia vs Italia del 06/06/2025 a Oslo. Lasciando stare la trafila per avere i biglietti, finalmente hanno emesso i biglietti acquistati dalla FIGC incuranti delle condizioni di vendita dettate dalla società nel senso che pur di incassare i soldi dei biglietti e consapevoli che non potevano inserire lo stesso nominativo più di una volta, senza avvertirci di questo, hanno invertito i nomi o aggiunto delle lettere o ripetuto il nome stesso per differenziarli..............peccato che all'atto della sostituzione dei voucher, quelli con anagrafica diversa dal documento prodotto (quindi dai nominativi forniti) non sono stati accettati e cambiati. Traduzione: su 7 biglietti acquistati ne hanno cambiati solo 3 e 4 persone sono rimaste fuori senza biglietto nonostante avessero un voucher pagato. Dal momento del negato mancato cambio voucher è stato praticamente impossibile avere contatti con il sito che non risponde ai messaggi ignorando anche la documentazione trasmessa a testimonianza di quanto detto e richiesto.

Biletwise has lots of tricks. I bought VNL matches ticket four months ago. First, they cancelled the first match and ıt hasnt been repaid for fifteen days. Then, they sent wrong ticket for the Brazil Turkiye Volleyball Match. I bought the ticket near the net but they sent me ticket behind the net. Im carrying this subject to court and social networking sites. Everybody should know this website and its works. So, biletwise is unreliable and I dont advise that.

Hello, in Türkiye, the black market ticket sales are legalized, but somehow they help you find a ticket, the service fee is very high, apart from that, the promises are kept, they are reliable,

Bought tickets 2.5 months before event and paid in the upper 20% range for quality tickets. Tickets not delivered until day of event despite multiple attempts to contact service. Delivered tickets are nosebleed section furthest from the court. Very misleading/deceptive and intentionally slow to leave customer with no recourse. Shameful practice that has negatively impacted my family.

J’ai mis en vente des billets pour un match de football et ai du relancer à de multiples reprises avant de recevoir un virement qui ne correspond pas au prix de vente fixé.
Ils appliquent des frais non annoncés ce qui est inadmissible ! Une grosse arnaque !!!

Expérience stressante car nous recevons les billets un peu à la dernière minute mais tout s'est très bien passé je remercie la plateforme.

Kategori 2 biletini, kategori yükselttik diyerekten kandırmacalı bir mesaj yazıp kategori 4'e atmışlar. Böyle rezil rüsva bir hizmet anlayışı olamaz çocuk kandırıyorlar. Saha yanı file arkasından sahanın en uç köşesine atmışlar. Rezalet.

i bought two tickets for BVB - kiel match on 17.05.2025. I paid on April 28. On May 16 I receeived an email thah ther were no tickets because they had not reached an agreement wyth the seller and I have to wait 1-20 days for the refund. Two days left. I have no money, no one answers my emails. I will report it to the police. dont buy anything!

Ich habe bei Biletwise ein Ticket für das Spiel Ungarn vs Portugal (09.09.2025) gekauft. Die Zahlung über 136 € wurde erfolgreich abgebucht, aber ich habe kein Ticket erhalten – nichts. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche kam keine Hilfe.

Stattdessen wurde ich vom „Kundenservice“ beleidigt (!), u. a. mit Aussagen wie:

„You have mental and trust issues“
„Check the screenshots ignorant freak“
„Do not visit our shop again.“
