De trak penge fra vores konto for tre uger siden da vi bestilte billetterne og garanterede flere gange, at vi ville modtage dem.

Nu, i sidste øjeblik, får vi at vide, at vi ikke får nogen billetter.

Vi er rejst hele vejen til Tirana for kampen og står uden noget som helst. Fuldstændig uprofessionelt upålideligt og uacceptabelt.

Smooth operation with clear communication. I was upgraded to higher level ticket free of charge because they were unable to process my initial request. Very customer oriented approach. I will definitely use Biletwise again.

Je ne recommande pas de commander sur ce site. On m'informe le jour de l'événement que les billets ne me seront pas envoyés (voyage organisé autour de l'événement) donc énorme frustration.
Je met 2 étoiles car j'ai tout de même été remboursé ce qui n'est pas le cas de tout le monde d'après les avis (j'ai dû les relancer à plusieurs reprises tout de même).

Comprato dei biglietti di Eurolega che avevano un ricarico almeno del 50%, giustificato dicendo che serviva a garantire il 100% di garanzia di consegna del biglietto. Tuttavia giorni dopo hanno comunicato che non sarebbe stato possibile consegnare i biglietti e il rimborso è stato effettuato più di un mese dopo. Penso che un ricarico così elevato sia ingiustificato contando l’inaffidabilità della consegna.

Jusqu’au dernier moment ils nous ont fait croire qu’on allait recevoir les places. Je les ai contacter 24h avant car toujours pas de billets. Leur dernier message " ne vous inquiétez pas vous recevrez les places dans 30 minutes ". Nous n’avons jamais rien reçu! Nous devions voir le match du réal Madrid, 300€ débourser pour rien. Nous avons attendus devant le stade jusqu’au bout, ayant espoir qu’on les reçoive même en retard ! Jamais !!!!!!! Notre voyage était organisé tout autour de cet événement, vous imaginez le drame. Quant au remboursement ? Aucune idée, mais autant vous dire que je n’espère plus rien! Honte à eux, ne prenez jamais rien sur ce site, faites moi confiance!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I paid for Antalyaspor tickets using this website, once through the purchase and payment was made I received a message saying my tickets would be linked to my Passolog. I went to the ticket office at Antalyaspor and they couldn’t find any tickets on their system or anything linked to my Passolog and also said they don’t recognise this website and that the tickets were a scam. I paid £55 for 3 tickets on this website when in person at the ticket office tickets they were only £5. Complete fraud and rip off. I then messaged Biletwise to complain and got a nasty, horrible email back saying that they won’t issue a refund and were very unprofessional.

An hour before the game, I was informed that the delivery has failed. I have been sending them emails all morning in order to send me the tickets and they replied after some time with customized answers, without providing any real answers or help.
If i could, i would have put zero stars in the rating system.
Buy elsewhere not from them!!!!

No tickets, no explanation, just beating around the bush, impolite answers, no reply. Lost 200 euros. Was chatting with them 3 weeks and didn’t get the tickets after all.
Complete scam

Dont use this website, save your money, time and nerves. We paid 400 euro for tickets we have never seen!!!. They want your passwords to be able to transfer a ticket and its illegal. Later they are cresting some excuses that there is a problem from your Side. No refund of course. Biletwise you are total Scam

I purchased 4 tickets via Biletwise for the Galatasaray - Sivasspor match. The first 2 tickets were uploaded to our Passolig cards without issue, but despite completing payment for the other 2, they were not uploaded for hours.

The seller claimed they informed the club, the club didn’t act, and the support team kept saying "please wait." Meanwhile, I spent hours in front of the stadium trying to find someone to talk to. It was a mess of stress, frustration, and a ruined special day.

To be fair: in the end, after putting on enough pressure, Erdem Bey and the support team managed to provide us with 2 additional tickets from different sellers, even in a better category. I appreciate that effort and the final resolution.
Conclusion: If you’re going to use Biletwise, document everything and follow up closely. Stay quiet, and your voice won’t be heard. Speak up, and they’ll fix it eventually.

We Bought 2 tickets for Galatasaray - Sivasspor Game. I Pad more than 350 euros for 2 tickets.

I got passo card , but they tell that I need a Galata card - no problem for me .
I made it on Thursday.
After this they send us a massage that they need our login and password to passo !!!!
We were afraid but gave them.

After that we saw email that we don’t have our Galata card and Also goeztepe card .
Somebody cancelled our two card and send email that we don’t have it to transfer - we got 4 hours to the game.
And we don’t have tickets - any phone contact or email. They are cheaters !!!!
