No me las enviaron, por lo que dos dias antes empecé a masacrar a emails at.cliente. Ninguna respuesta, 10 minutos antes del partido me anularon el pedido. Never again - No refunds - Tickets are 5 times the real price -
if you want to buy tickets at a very high price, that's the place for you. When I discovered the scam, I asked for a refund (i didn't receive my tickets and it was right after the purchase). "Unfortunately" they don't do refund, even if in my country there is a law that make mandatory the refund for every internet transaction, especially if the buyer still hasn't received the goods. i give 2 stars anyway, because I received the tickets (I hope that I'll be able to get in the stadium) but I payed 166 euro each even if the REAL value it's 35€! It should be illegal. Go to the teams trusted websites to buy tickets and not here!!!

FAKETICKETS
Mir wurden Tickets für ein türkisches Fußballspiel in Istanbul verkauft, welches bereits einen Tag vorher gespielt wurde und nicht an dem Tag für den ich sie gekauft hatte.
Zusätzlich ist es notwendig für türkische Fußballtickets
sich eine Passolig Karte zu bestellen auf welche die Tickets gebucht werden sollte, die Internetseite ist aber aus AT nicht aufrufbar.
Nach 2 Monaten Chat Kommunikation wurde mir angeboten dass biletwise die Registrierung für mich übernehmen könnte für 60€ Gebühr pro Ticket .....

Don't get anything with them
Don't get anything with them, they are very doggy and they will scam you when you purchase something with them. I have been dealing with them for a ticket in Turkey and even the local people and member staff from stadium told me that they are ilegal. My advise is to do not buy anything with them

The worst experience
although the seller assured us 5-6 times before the event that we would receive the tickets in a right time before the match….. we were surprised that with only 1 hour (one hour!!!) before the match we received the message: "delivery failed!!!"
without any explanation!
a website glitch, a service glitch, a total communication glitch...
without any explanation ... we were left at the stadium gate.... without any care or explanation, without even an excuse!!!
.... given that we purchased plane tickets, accommodation for 2 days, coming from Romania to Liverpool (via Leeds)....
a crappy experience, as are their services

They are scammers
They are scammers! We bought basketball tickets with a surcharge of EUR 100 from normal price, which we found out at the Stadium. In addition, at the day of the game they changed tickets without choice to the worse and then charged another EUR 60 for it automatically!!! They used a shady excuse, that the seller changed and claimed price would stay the same although it did not. Worst of all, the category was not the one originally promised and there was no space left when we arrived. Tickets were oversold - NO seat guaranteed!!!!! STAY AWAY from this company!!!!

Horrible Customer Service
Bought 4 tickets for a family of four for a soccer game in Madrid. We planned the trip to Spain from Canada. They took the payment immediately and mentioned that the tickets will be released close to the game. The purchase was made almost 6 weeks in advance.
Through repeated follow-ups regarding ticket status, the only response received was that the tickets will be released close to the event.
We received tickets less than 12 hours before the start of the game and all 4 seats were in different areas. I had specified “need seats together” during the purchase process. The customer service responded that nothing could be done. All of us had to sit separately in the game as the stadium was full and no one would trade for solo seats.
I would never buy from them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
They charged hefty service fees and the customer service provided was horrendous for top dollars paid.

I came to the stadium and waited to get my E ticket, but Biletwise didnt send any, so I sttod like a fool at hte stadium the whole game waiting for my ticket, and today the send me a messege that the ticket will be delivere to me within 48 hours before the game! The game is over allready, I asked fo a refund but i doubth ill get it. Spent 316 euro on this crap
