Aufgrund sehr positiven Bewertungen habe ich heute für 5200€ Gold gekauft. Bezahlung in Coins, sofort gesendet, Transaktion ist definitiv angekommen. Jetzt stehen meine beiden Bestellungen auf „canceled“, Coins sind weg, keine Antwort auf die Emails, keine Telefonnummer vorhanden.
Update 1: Danke für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Schade, dass Sie nicht so schnell meine Emails beantworten haben. Ich müsste mich nicht an Trustetpilot wenden. Ich habe drei Emails gesendet-keine Antwort. Die Benutzung der Website auf dem Mobiltelefon stellt sich problematisch dar. Man möchte Details der Bestellung ansehen, kommt aber versehentlich auf den Button „stornieren“. Ohne zusätzliche Bestätigung ob man tatsächlich stornieren möchte-wird die Bestellung storniert. Und das, nach dem man bezahlt hat. Es hat mich jede Menge Nerven gekostet. Eine klärende Email hätte gereicht.
Nachtrag 2: nach fast zwei Monaten (verschuldet im großen Teil durch UPS) habe ich die Lieferung endlich bekommen. Nach dem der erste Kontakt nicht so gut verlaufen ist, waren nächste Versuche stets schnellstmöglich bearbeitet. Meine Lieferung wurde zum zweiten Mal kostenlos versendet. Danke dafür!

Once it had been processed, my order was shipped to me quickly and securely.

Late delivery, game pretty fast after I contacted, it was some reason stuck in bitgilds warehouse 2 weeks. bar is ok, ups delivery is bad, first game info that bar is coming today, game in second day, No notification about that, app is not working.Call did not help / Finland, some issues in ups warehouse Helsinki.

Netjes verpakt alles op tijd, 1 kleine tip. Tussen de orderbevestiging en de dat werkelijke afleverdatum zit een aantal dagen kwa contact. Wellicht een idee om ook meteen een mail te krijgen met de geschatte afleverdatum. Voorkomt onzekerheid.

Ordered on 3rd September, order was out of stock, then back logged, then my coins weren't reserved and I've been asking for a cancellation for about a month but they do not seem to want to cancel.

Will update the review once order shipped or refund is done but as they didn't cancel on request it will still be a low star review.
