Really poor service. Received my item which wasn’t as described and poor in terms of material quality. Requested a refund and I received an email asking what my enquiry was for, even though my email was clear. When I responded repeating my request and concerns, I received an automated reply that my email could now not be delivered to that address. I emailed again and received the same response. They clearly receive a request for a return and simply ignore customers.

Do not order from this site.

I bought 2 dresses different colours cost me £75 for both when they came nothing like the one in pic I had to pay £30 to send back to China then gets an email I have to pay £6.99 eash item xtra because stuck in China customs absolutely shocking please don’t buy from this company rip of with poorly made dresses it’s been 4 weeks still had nothing back shame on them

Shocking Chinese’s quality poor sizes description. When requested a return they want you to return to China at your expense or alternatively a 20% refund.
Please steer clear of this site or be disappointed.

They have multiple companies, similiar names and they are now telling me their refund system is down and I can have a credit note! No chance.

The product is shoddy, poor quality and sizes are wrong. Do not buy from this chinese company. All the clothes come from China and you have to return to China via tracking which costs nearly as much as the dress.

Bracelet bought for my dying mother broke within an hour. Posted back with promised refund and been ghosted since. V upset no refund no communication and had to replace with another company due to the quality.

Recived dress but it's tailoring doesn't much to the video and website looks.on website dress has lots pleats of fabric which makes dress full but dress I received doesn't have pleats ,they cheated on the quantity of fabric. Most disturbing is refund.On the website saying refund guaranteed but in real they offer only 10%of value you pay or exchange item or £10 voucher to your account for the next purchase.Its disgrace policy which they hiding. I informed Trade Standard Authority and demand full refund. It's not Onset business

A dress didn't fit, I asked for a refund, to be told, I had to send it back to China and pay all costs!!!!!!!
This website is a total scam, cheap, ill fitting, nylon things.
Do not buy from this company, China rubbish

What a lovely company to deal with. I ordered and entered an incorrect delivery adress. Lauren contacted me by email to ensure that my order was delivered before my daughter’s Birthday by upgrading the delivery slot to next day delivery.

I placed an order with Bloom Boutique on Monday and its arrived today! Couldn't be happier and the item is beautiful!
Ordered from another website for a Christmas gift for nothing to ever arrive and then be told it would be arriving by March! So I am very happy and impressed with Bloom Boutique and will be ordering with them in the future!

My experience with this company was amazing, I was looking for a specific bracket in gold, however when I went onto the website, they had sold out in the exact one I want, I emailed customer service and they managed to find me the one I want despite it being out of stock on there website, I was talking to Chris on email and he was so so helpful and really helped me a lot as I knew this would be the perfect Christmas gift, I cannot thank Chris and the team at bloom enough, they were amazing and today I have given the bracelet to my girlfriend and she loves it, it even came in such nice posh packaging, would highly recommend this place for any jewellery and will be using these again,

My order hasn't arrived and when I got in contact I got a prompt reply and a new order sent out via express post couldn't ask for more thankyou.

After an initial issue with the delivery, they were very helpful and expressed the item to me. Very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the item. Would recommend.

Had to make contact via the email address and had the loveliest lady helping via replies and sorted the issue for me right away. Could not recommend more. As well as the jewellery being absolutely stunning!

Quality! Was not expecting such high quality product AND customer service for the price point. Really great value for money and what made this gift purchase all the more special was the obvious care the team take in ensuring the best possible buying experience. Makes buying that special gift, feel all the more special. Cannot recommend more highly.

I ordered a personalised necklace from Bloom Boutique and realised immediately after placing the order that I had selected the wrong colour. I contacted customer support and edited the order in the website straight away, as the engraving itself was correct and the issue related only to the finish.

Despite raising this at the earliest possible opportunity, the order still went into production and no amendment was possible. I was later told that due to production volume and timing, my request couldn’t be actioned. While I understand policies around personalised items, the lack of flexibility or meaningful support when an issue is flagged immediately was very disappointing.

I was offered a 10% partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which I declined as the necklace is not something I will wear and will otherwise go unused.

The jewellery itself appears well-made, but the overall experience reflected poor customer service and limited support when a genuine issue was raised promptly. I hope this feedback encourages a review of the process, particularly around customer care response times versus production.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had an unfortunate breakage of my necklace and contacted Bloom to see what could be done. In less than 12 hours, I’d been sent a free postage link and told to send it to them for repair. With this being so close to Christmas I was not expecting to have it back for the Christmas period. However, I was so pleasantly surprised when it was back on my neck within just a few days of sending it. Hugely appreciate the speed and efficiency as well as the communication throughout from the team of the resolution, to let me know they’d recieved it and when it had been sent back to me. Excellent customer service from start to finish, topped off by the lovely jewellery obviously! Thank you so much.
