Chris who picked up my complaint was very polite, efficient and hands on, dealt with my complaint within 10minires, absolutely fantastic customer service and a reason I will be reordering from here again, you can just tell the customer is at heart and that’s what makes a great place to buy from.

Stunning bracelet and Customer Service
Purchased a beautiful personalised birthstone bracelet for my friend for her birthday. We included birthstone for family members.
She loved the item so much and receiving it did make her cry (happy tears).
I did have to contact customer service as the item originally despatched was slightly different from the one I ordered. But it was swiftly and efficiently resolved and they despatched the replacement item.
The whole experience was lovely and I would recommend using this small business for your fantastic personalised jewellery gifts for yourself or others.

I ordered a personalised necklace and bracelet. I realised after I had placed the order that I didn’t think I had put the letter in the personalisation box for the bracelet. I contacted Bloom customer service by email and within a couple of hours they had intercepted ,my already completed order, and managed to personalise the bracelet for me. They didn’t have to, as it was my mistake, but they were so efficient, kind and went out of their way to help.
Excellent service that you rarely get anywhere now. I will definitely purchase again.

My daughter broke her necklace that we bought from Bloom Boutique. It was nothing to do with the quality of the necklace. She was really upset and when I contacted Bloom Boutique asking if they could do a repair, which I was willing to pay for they sent me a prepaid return postage label and said that they will repair the necklace. I was so impressed with the speed and the level of customer service, which went above and beyond.

The customer service I received from Bloom's team was exceptional & nothing was too much bother. Chloe & Chris we're so pleasant & went the extra mile when dealing with my enquiry.

Customer care is up there with the best. My mistake when choosing the wrong postal service, at short notice this was quickly rectified at no charge. The product received was carefully packaged, the quality of product including the presentation is excellent. Thank you so much.

I ordered a personalised bracelet but unfortunately when my order arrived, unfortunately I had been sent a necklace instead. As lovely as it was, I obviously ordered a bracelet.
I contacted 'Bloom' straightaway and they were most apologetic about it being their mistake.
The correct item has been received today and it's beautiful.
The returning of the necklace was relatively straight forward.
'Bloom' have emailed me without hesitation with any problems/concerns I had.
Fab-u-lous company and their staff are so helpful, going over and above.

The bracelet which my daughter had ordered for my wife, which she did from Australia, was unfortunately too small. On contacting Bloom , they were extremely sympathetic and offered an alternative solution. My wife decided to exchange the bracelet for a different one, which was received in very quick time and is very pleased with it. No postage costs incurred by us!

I had a bracelet for my birthday back in April but unfortunately the birthstone fell out after a month or so.
I got in touch via the contact us form and within 24 hours Alisha had come back to me and my replacement was delivered within 72 hours of me getting in touch!
She was quick, friendly and made everything super easy!
I will definitely order again as the jewellery is beautiful and im confident if I did have any problems in future they’d be sorted without any fuss.

I wish I had read some of the lower-rated reviews before ordering. Sadly, it’s a little too late for me now.

Let me start with the positives: I was really excited to find a store offering such beautiful, customisable jewellery. The customer service has been truly delightful — friendly, responsive, and helpful. My order was processed and delivered within two days, which was impressive.

The ability to customisr and personalise was a huge draw. I could choose the chain type, colour, and length, select a gift box colour from four options, add a photo card with a personalised message, choose a birthstone , choose a flower from a beautiful list of options for engraving on the disc necklace and even tweak my order after placing it (they kindly swapped the fine chain for a box chain and still honoured the new customer discount). The website is clear, with detailed product descriptions and a helpful FAQ section. Based on the polished product photos and videos, I was really looking forward to gifting these two necklaces to two special friends.

Unfortunately, my excitement turned to disappointment when the items arrived.

1. The photo card, the necklaces looked and felt smaller than expected based on the product listings and videos. Gift box is cute.
2. I later saw in reviews that this is costume jewellery not intended for daily wear. That’s important information, but it wasn’t clearly mentioned in the product listing or FAQs. Had I known, I likely wouldn’t have purchased.
3. I ordered a family necklace with four birthstones and engravings, and another disc necklace with a name, flower, and stone. While the designs are beautiful, they feel too delicate and not as premium as the photos suggest — certainly not justifying the higher price point.
4. The biggest letdown was the engraving. The personalisation was the main reason I chose these gifts, but the engravings are almost illegible. On one necklace, they look more like faint scratches than names, and on the other, the text is not clean or clear. You’d need a magnifying glass and specific lighting to read them properly. This completely ruined the personalization:(

I bought one of these for a dear friend’s 50th birthday and was so pleased to have found something thoughtful and personal but the small sizing and barely visible engraving of her family’s names really let it down. After reading more reviews, I now worry about how the jewellery will hold up given that many have mentioned tarnishing or breakage after a few wears. I would be deeply embarrassed if the gift came across as cheap or didn’t last, especially after spending what I believed was a premium price.

Overall, while the service , customisation options and product design concepts were excellent, the product quality and engraving left me very disappointed.
I'd love to be a returning customer if these quality issues were addressed. Fingers crossed the product holds up better over time than some of the reviews suggest.
