Personalized jewels are really beautiful, engraving is thin and delicate and packaging is really nice. I had an issue with a promotional code and customer service has bien really reactive and kind. I recomend 100%

My daughter purchased me a necklace for Mothers Day with hers and my 2 Grandaughter's birthstones in. I was really pleased with it and thought it was very pretty. Unfortunately it went rusty quite quickly. I wasn't given any care instructions with it and had worn it in the shower a couple of times. When I went online and looked at the company website it did recommend not doing this! I got in touch with them and without hesitation they have replaced the necklace and I am now aware how to keep it. For me the proof in a company is the aftersales service and they have gone above and beyond and within just over 48 hours I have a replacement necklace.

I wanted to order a gift for a friend’s 50th birthday, it was a joint gift among a group of friends. We wanted something personalised and specific. I contacted Bloom via the online contact form, it does state replies will be within a certain time. I mention I wanted to order the following day. Elin replied sooner than I expected and continued the speedy replies. I couldn’t get something to work on the engraving so again Elin came to the rescue & sorted it for us. I began messaging on Thursday, ordered on Friday and received the beautiful finished gift on Saturday morning.
I definitely, definitely recommend Bloom Boutique.

ordered a necklace for my mum for her birthday in march, with 2 circle name tags and after wearing it for about a month, it has discoloured and almost looks rusty.

Ordered a lovely bracelet for my mum's special birthday, after one wear the chain snapped - to be fair to them they sent out a brand new one free of charge straight away but again after one wear the chain just snapped again. Cheap rubbish if you ask me! I've returned the second bracelet for a refund and they haven't even refunded me the delivery charge. Don't see why I should be out of pocket for items that can't withstand one wear!
