This was a gift for my parents 65th anniversary. About 6 weeks ago I ordered and sent in 2 different photos to match. First prof they sent back looked nothing like them. I sent in another photo and advised them on things to change to help them make it look more like them. Received today and looks nothing like them. First prof was horrible off. And sent in another photo, and advised them on how they could change features to match my parents likeness. I don't understand why they didn't match the clothes in the photo I sent. They have my Dad in a suit, and the photo I sent, he is in shorts.Another scam. I would be embarrassed to gift these. Going in the trash. Be aware, spent $180 on crap.

The likeness of both were perfect. I believe trying to combine the Bride and Groom on "branch" platform along with her hair style (which also was perfect), got a little tight, and reason bride's head does not bobble as much. I also know they will be delighted over the final results of the product. Thank you

I purchased a personalized bobblehead for my husband's 50th birthday. It was based on his favorite hobby and they did a fantastic job with detail. I appreciated that the allowed me to make changes prior to finalizing. I am ordering another one for my daughter’s college graduation now.

Very impressed with the customer service. Took the time to ensure the bobblehead matched what I had in mind. It was worth watching my wife getting very excited !

I chose bobblehead as a gift for a friend, but after receiving the product that looked nothing like the picture I sent, I have no gift for my friend. I spoke to customer service, they would appear to be very helpful and understanding at first by asking you about details of your disappointment, after you reply with pictures and evidence, they tell you they’re sorry and that’s the best they can do… which went straight to the garbage. Very bad craftsmanship and worse customer service at a high price.

I enjoyed the communication with their creative team, they kept me involved every step of the way, and I was impressed with their prompt execution and delivery. I plan on ordering three additional custom bobbleheads!

I purchased a custom bobblehead of my 18-year-old daughter as a graduation gift and the product that I received didn't look anything like the picture that I had submitted. The face is so horrendous that if I gave it to my daughter she would cry. It looks like a middle aged witch. The skin and hair color is completely wrong, the nose is huge, and it just looks pure evil. The company acknowledges that they did a very poor job, but refuses to replace the item or allow me to return it for a refund. They actually have the audacity of asking me to pay MORE money with them for them to simply fix their mistake. This has been ongoing for a week now because each response takes over 24 hours so I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not trust this company. Their supposed "Commitment to Quality and Care" is a complete farce.

I was very happy with the product. They were able to make my requested revisions just as instructed. My husband loved his gift and so did I. I would recommend and I will definitely purchase this item again. It's a great gift! The only downside is the shipping time. It takes a very VERY long time from when you place your order until you receive it, but honestly it was too cute to make a fuss over it!

I ordered a bobblehead on 6/24 and paid extra for expedited shipping and a bobblehead. I asked if I would have it by July 23rd as they state 5 days for production and expedited shipping another 5 days. Here it is 8/13/2024 and according to shipping tracking it is delayed. I asked what that means and they told me they will try to write the shipper 4PX. Communication is spotty and only answered on our weekdays at certain times. They messed up on matching the picture twice. I do not believe I will have this item in time to present it to my granddaughter for the occasion if at all. Beware this company.

The detail in the hair, face, and changing the Bobblehead to have a thumbs up is just priceless. I was blown away by the final result and the person who received it was thrilled as well. Thank you for just a wonderful job!

They only respond to you twice for adjustments. I sent multiple pictures bobble head doesn’t look like my friend at all. They sent the bobble head without any final approvement. It was a gift disappointed in how it turned out

I think they did a great job. Great communication throughout the process. They asked for a couple extra pictures, gave an update photo after completing the face, and let me know when it shipped. My dad was very happy when he received the gift!

I could not believe how accurate the bobblehead turned out. I got it for my girlfriend for her Birthday. It was fabulous. I didn't realize how long it would take, which is not a problem. It didn't make it for her birthday, but I asked for a picture to show her and they sent it because it just got done. We got it in the mail today. Their customer service is top notch.

I'm very satisfied with the order. They got the details down and did exactly what I asked. The person I gave the gift to was very happy and so was I. Honestly will be coming back to order again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

There are so many reasons to run from this custom company. First and most important, the cake topper was in no way what we requested. This was meant for our wedding cake topper and cannot be used. We were given “a proof” a couple weeks after ordering and had to remind them (based off the picture we sent) that we are a mixed couple since both of our suing tones were fair. We also asked that they change the colors of our attire to match and provide the groom with a beard (since he always has one). They responded and said ok. Never heard back and then the topper appeared at our house. We BOTH have dark complexion (very dark and the same), his suite color is a dark brown-almost black (we requested a tan color) and no beard. We asked for a solution as we can not use this for our wedding! Mainly because we are not both of African American decent. After going back and forth with 8 emails, we asked if we could send back for edits- no. Receive a refund- no. Even a credit to reorder (so they can get the requests right)-no. At some point the offered to refund the delivery fee only and then when we were fed up said we will take it, they retracted even that! $130+ spent, no usable cake topper, no solutions AT ALL and in a crunch to find a new cake topper (elsewhere obviously). This is at best a gag to keep around the house at this point but certainly can’t be used for our wedding. There are so many custom online companies. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!
