I have ordered on 2 different occasions, and one was great, this last one was nothing like the person. I was really disappointed as I had such a great experience before. I suppose the chances of the statue looking like your photo is more like 50/50.

Shipping is fast, the bobblehead looks exactly as my husband. They got every detail.

I ordered a custom bobblehead of our CEO for a Kentuck Derby themed happy hour and the bobblehead turned out incredible! We had a small issue with a missing piece to our bobblehead, but the team at Bobblehead Craft went above and beyond to help us figure it out. (THANK YOU SO MUCH!) I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service was top of the line. I highly recommend!

I ordered my first doll. I received it much faster than a competitor. The resemblance and quality was spot on. I ordered an exact replica of the head and face in a different body position. It arrived in great time, although the second did not have the bobble head. I have informed them. I will post again after I see how they remedy this.

Don’t waste your time or money. You deserve better!

I ordered the U.S. Army Man Custom Bottlehead in the largest size and paid $133 for it. Unfortunately, the bobblehead was arrived with the wrong uniform – instead of a U.S. Army uniform (green, as pictured), the bobblehead had a U.S. Navy uniform (blue as in the bobblehead I received).

Despite multiple requests, back and forth, etc. with customer service, Bobbleheadcraft would not only refuse to admit their error, they insisted that the U.S. Army uniform was “blue-green” vs. “green” – incredibly bizarre given that there is no hint of blue in any Army camo uniform. The only concession they offered was to refund my $16 shipping fee.

So, in addition to receiving a product that did to come close to matching the website description, it also does not match the company’s priority: “we will strive to make you happy and provide 100% satisfactory service.” Further, the inconsistency in the product, and inability to understand and acknowledge the difference between an Army and Navy uniform is disrespectful to the armed services officers this product attempts to honor. And my entire point of buying it to start with.

Oh, and the nail in the coffin is they told me I should just repaint it with acrylic paint.

Don’t waste your time or money. You deserve better!

This is a great product for the person who has everything. I ordered the fully customized bobble head on Feb 18 and received it on March 12. It isn’t an exact replica of the per son but it is close according to friends. He is happy with it.

The end result was a good likeness of the picture we sent but the head does not bobble at all. It’s more like a miniature statue. The advertising is very misleading. Buyer beware.

The communication with the team was great. They were so kind and change design according to my request.
I am very satisfied with the result!

The finished product was 100% fantastic! Only reason I did not give 5 stars was because it took way longer then I expected. If it wasn't for a Christmas present then it was well worth the wait!!!
Still very happy with this purchase.

Extremely Disappointed
I was not happy when I saw the finished product. I bought this for my daughter who is a performer. The photo I provided was of my daughter holding her guitar. They developed a bobble head that does not bobble. Used a man’s body and added breast. I’m a divorced father who struggles to find great gifts for his only child and Bobblehead Craft sent me garbage for $100 of my hard earned money. Oh, I requested a refund and they said they would give me 30% off my next order. Like I would ever order anything else from them. I do not recommend working with this company. The finished product is nothing like what they advertised.

The custom bobble head I ordered came out PERFECT! Looked just like the photo I sent and the company was very communicative. It takes a while to receive it so keep that in mind but it was worth the wait! They did an excellent job and added all the things I requested.

Didn't get first bobblehead in the mail and they made another one for me. It came out great they were wonderful with the back and forth emails. The bobblehead looks just like my bf. I highly recommend this company.

I was very excited about having a bobblehead made for my son. They sent me a picture of the bobblehead during the process and it didn't resemble my son at all. I asked them to make the nose and face longer as in the pictures I sent. Also the eye color and hair color were wrong. I never received any other communication just the doll. When it arrived it looked exactly the same way it did in the picture they had sent me earlier. The only change they made was the eye color and hair color. The shape of the face and nose were never changed. The logo I sent for the front of the shirt was done wrong. They offered to send me stickers to fix the logo and just a new head for $20 with stickers to attach it to the body meaning it won't bobble. So disappointed.

Parents received their keepsake of a vacation to Punta Cana.
The process: The photo was given to them of my choice. They made a model to preview. They ask for any adjustments within a time frame so it can get completed, so stay in touch with emails during the process. (They tweaked a small adjustment that only family would notice about our dad’s mouth and they revised it as requested.)
All the attire and accessories on our parent’s photo we sent, they succeeded to a T with the model.
Our parents thought it was amazing! Even the free dog matched their household dog.
I loved that we got to see it before it was received. Updates were shared throughout and notified when done and shipped.
Glad we tried this as a gift and the site is legit. Sometimes it is hard to decide to purchase internationally because of scams.
This is a trusted site and it would make a great gift for anyone.

Very satisfied with the quality and how accurate it looked.
The only bad thing was getting it shipped from China made my wife's Christmas gift arrive on Jan. 7th.

Never received product and they refused to give me a refund! This website is a complete scam!!!!

I got a damaged product and told it was made that way and if I don't like it, I can fix it myself. I got the bobblehead and it had brown paint smeared on the arms and leg. I asked for the defect to be corrected and I was told by the company that it was a "tattoo". I pointed out that it was not a tattoo but smeared brown paint. The company told me that if I didn't like it, I can remove it with nail polish.

To add insult to injury, I ordered the item on November 25th and received it December 27th. And yes, I was going to give this as a Christmas gift but could not since the recipient left on the 26th.

Don't say you weren't warned to stay away.
