A week ago (31 Aug 21) I ordered a Jigsaw from Bosch Professional to use on a job tomorrow (8 Sep) for my aunt. I was billed quickly and received an invoice showing that the item apparently shipped on the day I ordered it. That is where my good experience ends.

Faced with a fixed timeline, I called Bosch on Friday (the 3rd) to ask for tracking information for my jigsaw. i was told that it had shipped with Parcelforce and Bosch gave me a tracking number. However, that tracking number returns a 'not known' response from the Pareclforce website.

On Monday (yesterday, the 7th), I called again. This time I was told that the jigsaw had in fact shipped with the 'Royal Mail' and that no tracking number was available. Why anyone would ship an item like this without a tracking number I have not the faintest idea!

So, here I am, I have paid for a saw that may, or may not, ever appear and apparently there is no way to know where it is. Did it even ship? No way to know.

Yesterday, faced with the work for my aunt tomorrow, I had to order the very same jigsaw from Amazon. It was delivered this morning 22 hours after I ordered it having been shipped from Scotland to Wiltshire. Dpd offered realtime tracking information and a 1 hour delivery window (that they met).

Now I have to wait a few days more before trying to get my money back from Bosch Professional. They are truly hopeless. Do NOT buy from them.

UPDATE. Well the jigsaw was delivered on the 10th of September, having apparently been shipped the previous day. I have spent the last 10 days trying to return this item, all to no avail. The Customer Service at Bosch is terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I DECIDED TO DELETE MY PREVIOUS REVIEW TO THIS WEBSITE WHICH WAS ONLY ONE STAR...
Also the item has been arrived in Saturday the second day after the purchase has been made.
Unfortunately I can not give them best review because of how bad the website works.
( I did my purchase but didn't receive an confirmation e-mail but the money has been taken from my account , made me worried about that is some fake website! )
...By the way I need to say thanks for quick delivery and good product!

Truly awful service, company (And products?).

Of the view that they have promotions in place to tempt you into purchasing their products but then renage on the promotions even if you have proof. They make the process so painful you go 'OMG why bother'.

Sorry Makita - In my experience you have always honoured your promos and goods have always been solid. Never had an issue with your products so I dripped the ball by thinking I'd save a few quid!!

My father in law uses Bosch and convinced me to make a reluctant purchase.

I wish I'd just given the money straight to charity.

A small child with a manual screwdriver and a drill bit taped on the end would be £4£ better than my Bosch SDS drill I purchased.

An expensive and tough lesson learnt.

Will never buy a bosch product again. Premium cost, p#%$ poor quality (Or maybe I was just unlucky!!).

I DESPISE THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR. .

Atrocious service, been trying since June to get a faulty laser sorted were now in August.
Have rung today as the promised replacement has not arrived when promised and been told it might be next week.
Had I not rung I wouldn't have known.
So we have to buy,
borrow or rent a replacement again for this week's job.
This will be the second replacement for faults.

Die leben wirklich nur noch vom Namen. Katastrophaler Service, kaum einer kann deutsch. Ausser Spesen nix gewesen! Ich habe nun das Produkt gegen das der Konkurrenz getauscht und alles läuft einwandfrei. Bosch - nie wieder! Und ich bin ja mit Abstand nicht der einzige hier.

Echt slechte service van Bosch Proffesionals. Ik ben sinds 31-012-2020 bezig om nog mijn gratis tool te krijgen....

Duurt allemaal zo lang, producten zijn niet op voorraad. Als bepaalde producten niet op voorraad zijn moet je zo een actie niet doen!

Net als vele anderen ook na 2 1/2 maand nog geen gratis accu. Als je hierover mailt krijg je helemaal geen reactie. Als er nu niet gereageerd wordt is dit mijn laatste Bosch machine geweest.

I won't be buying Bosch power tools again. An angle grinder and a jigsaw didn't last any length even though they were both used sparingly. I would not recommend Bosch tools to anyone.

Habe eine Elektro Sense gekauft (ist super) und habe über eine Stunde versucht mit der App diy Bosch das Gerät zu registrieren und die Herstellergarantie über 3 Jahre zu erhalten. Ich habe es jetzt aufgegeben. Mir ist meine Lebenszeit zu schade, mich mit einer dermaßen stümperhaft erstellten App zu beschäftigen.

Bosch drill driver returned for warranty repair with proof of purchase attached. Carrier delivered without POP, lost in transit, so no warranty repair. Fault was drill was not charging, so charges potentially new charger (£12) plus carriage back (£8). Charges inflated by 4 units of Labour at £9.90 per unit. Upon query with Bosch, a unit is 4 minutes making their hourly rate nearly £150 per hour. Absolute rip off!!
Told them to bin the drill driver.
Replacement is going to be DeWalt/Makita or Milwaukee!!

Had the bosch cordless drill (brought last August). After 9 months of normal use it stopped working.
Got through to "aftersales" and spoke to the worst person ever, she gave her name as Jane, but would not pass me over to a manager or tell me who to email/write to make a complaint.
Reading the other reviews - it looks like the brand has gone downhill and with people like Jane working in the company I cannot say I am surprised.

Bosch gelingt es leider nach wie vor Kapital aus seinem vermeintlich "guten Namen" zu schlagen und Kunden zu suggerieren sie bekämen Qualität. Doch weder liegt Bosch die Qualität am Herzen noch besonders viel an der Umwelt, die Produkte die Bosch vertreibt sind geplante Obsoleszenz wie sie im Buche steht.
Ich habe nun schon zum zweiten Mal einen Trennschleifer von Bosch repariert bei dem lediglich die Kohlen verschlissen waren. Die Kohlen waren auch hier völlig unterdimensioniert und haben der Funktionstüchtigkeit des Gerätes ein sinnloses Ende gesetzt. Die Kohlen waren so verbaut, dass man das Gerät komplett zerlegen musste und dann noch zusätzlich durch eine Plastikkante gesichert, die einzig und allein das Tauschen der Kohlen verhindern sollte.
Ob Bosch "grün" oder "blau" macht keinen Unterschied. Auch die teilweise großzügige Garantie ist ein Witz, und im Grunde eine Täuschung. Sie verlischt wenn man die Kohlen selbst tauscht und wenn man das Gerät einschickt kostest das Tauschen der Kohlen manchmal annähernd die Hälfte des Neugerätes.
So entsteht jedes Jahr ein riesiger Haufen Elektroschrott zu Gunsten von Boschs Umsatz.

I bought a Dremel in April 2020. By November it no longer worked. I contacted Bosch on 9th November and to date (4th March) I still don't have the issue resolved. It took 3 attempts to get the faulty item collected as their courriers didn't turn up. I then heard nothing for 6 weeks. I emailed asking for an update and got no reply. I called and was told the item had been repaired but they didn't know where it was. I then had an email saying a replacement would be sent. Beginning of February I received a replacement which was a downgrade to the one I returned. I had to organise it to be collected, again with 3 failed attempts from their couriers who didn't turn up to collect. Bosch refused to send out the correct replacement untill this incorrect one was returned. I sent an email of complaint on the 21st Jan and received no response. I have called twice and asked for a response and told to expect one within 48hours. I'm still waiting. Having been told mid Feb the correct item was being sent to me within 3-5 days, I received nothing. I'm now being told it will be 4-6 weeks. A refund is being refused, and I am being refused any other way to lodge a complaint. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating. Bosch simply do not care, and won't take responsibility to resolve the issue. 4 months and counting and I still don't have a replacement. If it were possible to give 0 stars I would give them that.

We purchased the Bosch Easy Aquatak120 and were using it for the first time today. My husband was in the garden and asked me to plug it in having moved it from the front of the house to the back. When I picked up the plug I accidentally touched the mental (machine was off and already unplugged) and I received an electric shock through my hand. I am 28 weeks pregnant. My husband later picked up the plug and the same thing happened to me. Unbelievably upset and unhappy with this product which is clearly faulty. I have been unable to contact customer services today because they are closed due to the weekend

kortgeleden een bosch pro machine gekocht met een gratis machine naar keuze actie. Top dacht ik! 2 voor de prijs van 1. Echter door een voorraad probleem bij bosch ontving ik mijn bestelling pas een maand later. Helaas voor mij was de actie ondertussen ook verlopen en kon ik mijn actie niet meer verzilveren. Inmiddels had bosch een nieuwe actie waarbij ik met mijn aankoop in aanmerking zou komen voor een gratis accu. Hier was ik ook tevreden mee geweest. Maar omdat mijn besteldatum te oud was kwam ik ook hier niet voor in aanmerking. Bosch was niet bereid een uitzondering te maken en schuilt zich achter de algemene voorwaarden. Helaas pindakaas.....

Dit is de manier waarop bosch met klanten omgaat, wees gewaarschuwd.

Purchased a professional jet wash, GHP 5-65 as I appreciate quality and liked the tidiness of the coiled hose. We live in the country lanes which means the wife's and my car get very mucky during the winter months, but nothing that constitutes a high level of use. Also, by selecting Bosch meant it came with a 3 year warranty, well so I thought! Depending upon who you get at customer service will depend on what your told, I've been sucked into being told its covered to then getting a repair cost £150. The quote states no labour or parts! Very frustrating and gives me little confidence in what was a company that I could trust.

Dial customer services product support. Call picked up immediately, Spoke to Alex at the after sales tram to help me choose out of the Bosch detectors range. Addressed all my questions very willingly and politely. Really great support. Thank you Alex
