Beim Sägeblattwechsel an meiner Bosch Tischkreissäge GTS10 XC ist mir durch Unachtsamkeit die Klemmmutter für die Befestigung des Sägeblatts verloren gegangen. Ärgerlich, aber kein allzu großes Problem, die Maschine ist ja kein Billigprodukt sondern kommt von einer namhaften Marke.
Es ist leider doch ein erhebliches Problem. Es gibt eine Reihe von Explosionszeichnungen von Bosch, auf denen die Einzelteile dargestellt sind, leider nur keine, die den Bereich der Sägeblattbefestigung - und damit die fehlende Klemmmutter - zeigt.
Also habe ich den Bosch Service telefonisch und per Email kontaktiert. Auch dort "findet" den in Frage kommenden Bereich der Maschine auf keiner der verfügbaren Zeichnungen. Das ist ein m.E. ziemliches Armutszeugnis für einen deutschen Markenhersteller. Wohlbemerkt, die Säge gehört preislich nicht zu den Schnäppchen !

Den besten Vorschlag habe ich dann in der Antwort auf meine Email Anfrage erhalten: Als Anhang waren wieder die bereits erwähnten Zeichnungen enthalten, auf denen eben der Bereich Sägeblatt fehlt. Ich könnte aber die Maschine gerne zur Reparatur einschicken.

Den Vorschlag habe ich etwas auf mich wirken lassen und mir dann an den Kopf gefaßt, eine 30kg schwere, nicht defekte Maschine wegen einer 3cm großen Mutter per Spedition zur Reparatur schicken. Auf die Idee muss man erst einmal kommen.

So bin jetzt etwas ratlos, was ich mit meiner teuren Säge, mit der man aber nicht sägen kann, weil offensichtlich ein selbst für Bosch Mitarbeiter unbekanntes Teil (die Klemmmutter) verbaut wurde, denn anfangen soll.

Vielleicht verschenke ich Sie über Ebay Kleinanzeigen als Ersatzteilspender als gute Tat für andere Bosch Kunden, die ein ähnliches Problem haben.

Bosch Akku Winkelschleifer GWS 18V-10 SC BT nicht zu empfehlen! Gerät hat nach 3 Jahren (private Nutzung) Geräusche gemacht und hatte ein wenig Unwucht. Habe die Flex vorsichtshalber eingeschickt! Plötzlich wirtschaftlicher Totalschaden. Es sollte ein neuer Motor für über 120€ eingebaut werden. Eine Frechheit, da man sich dann genau so gut eine neue kaufen kann! Für mein empfinden gibt es da wohl auch nur noch Komponententauscher! Habe mich extra für einen Brushless (Bürstenlosen) entschieden um eine lange Lebensdauer zu erzielen. Habe mir das Gerät nun unrepariert zurück schicken lassen. Jetzt gibt es noch ein schreiben dazu, dass das Gerät Sicherheitstechnische Mängel aufweist! Ernsthaft? Eine 3 Jahre altes Gerät welches vielleicht 6 Stunden im Einsatz war?! Bosch ist leider nicht mehr das was es mal war! Freund von mir hat ein Makita Winkelschleifer der rennt seit über 5 Jahren ohne Probleme scheint wohl das bessere Gerät zu sein.

I have been working in the construction field for the last 20 years and my tool brand of choice has evolved into the Bosch professional 18v brand due to all my Bosch tools exceeding 5 years+ and at the same time Bosch providing an impeccable service when some tools give up whilst under the 3 year warranty,
I started with Ryobi , then DeWalt a little bit of hilti but settled with blue Bosch, these tools can take a real hammering, would not consider any other tool manufacturers,
I've read alot of negative reviews all or at least the majority are not in the construction trade and maybe own only 1 bosch tool where as I own all the sds sdsmax 200impact drivers recip saws grinders and many others I forget to mention after years of experience I have gathered the following conclusion that blue Bosch is best for me, as an example I still own and use the Bosch sds max I purchased in 2003 it still works brilliantly today, I usually change the brushes my self and never lend them to other people

Avoid Bosch tools at all costs. I recently sent my sds drill in for a repair which was in warranty and less than a year old. Bosch have performed their checks etc and when it arrived back it is full of scuffs. I ring up customer service to complain and the lady who took the call seemed very arrogant. All I got of her was “just send in some photos and we shall see”. I would honestly say Bosch is the brand to avoid . There are much better brands out there along with impeccable customer service.

I expect the brushcutter might work ff I ever manage to assemble it !! its like receiving a box of junkyard scrap with instructions so poor that after 2 hours I've given up trying to put it together I can't work it out, registering the guarantee online takes another hour, garden tools require you to make two registrations and confirm both by email before you then have to take and upload a photo of your receipt...nightmare timewasting...put me off Bosch won't buy again, law needs to be changed so all tools must be sold ready assembled and tested before leaving the factory

Rung up Bosch customer service to book in my sds cordless drill as it was temperamental just after purchasing it a couple of months ago. Was advised that a collection has been arranged for Parcelforce to collect. Waited all day and no one turned up. So at 6.45pm ring parcel force and was told there is no collection booked at my address. I was gutted. Bosch customer service had posed for the day and I ring back the next day and guess what?? Same thing again was told Parcelforce will be coming today to collect. Waited in all day and no signs of Parcelforce. I have emailed their director Vonjy Rajakoba about this poor and misleading service. I would urge anyone who is thinking about purchasing Bosch tools to think twice. Their customer service is appalling.

Bosch Professional GBH 36 VF-Li Plus had two of these drills and Both failed after the warranty had just expired. Seems Bosch in their wisdom have fitted the brushes in my model INSIDE the motor making a consumable item non changeable and their answer was buy a new motor for £120 odd and change it yourself or pay £177 for us to do it. Therefore after moderate use do not expect this drill to last much past three years and be prepared to throw it away after that instead of fitting some £5 brushes. Total waste of money and waste of a good tool. German engineering not at its best - shocking

Such a shame! Bosch customer service USED to be so good but after many attempts trying to get a PBS 7a Belt Sander repaired or replaced - despte repeated promises absolutely nothing. Will know what brand to buy next time.

Ho acquistato diversi utensili a batteria 18 volt di Bosch e devo dire che sono rimasto soddisfatto. Assistenza Bosch serie blu per riparazione in garanzia di un trapano avvitatore è risultata efficiente. Unica nota negativa , di tre utensili acquistati in contenitore blu della serie L Boxx set , uno di quest'ultimi è risultato danneggiato con crepe

Do not know where to start. Take all the problems with tools out of the equation - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. The staff must be so use to being given grief, they answer the phone with a bad attitude and endeavour to continue with it, right to the end!! Stop making professional tools Bosch and stop making trade professionals lives, more difficult than it is already. Massive stain on the brand and an equivocal effort from me to ensure nobody i know, invests inn this PP Company. DISGUSTING

Bis alles was ich von Bosch gekauft habe, funktioniert bisher alles reibungslos, daumen hoch.

Ich hab mir im Baumarkt das erste Mal Akkuschrauber, Akkusäge etc. ausgeliehen und bin Hammer zufrieden. Meine nächstes Invest. wird ein blauer Koffer.

Warranty worth nothing -rubbish equipment. Bought table saw in 2020 broke down 6 months later, replaced with new one, only used a few times broke down again, now entering year 2 and onto my third machine, but they wont extend warranty so I know after 3 machines with the same issue its going to break down again, I asked for a refund but not interested so it will have cost me £349.95 for 3 years use, will never buy bosch again, and advise dont buy you will regret if you do

Tools reasonable. Customer services non existent. Can't even be bothered to reply to emails.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht von Bosch Professional bin.
Ich habe mir extra einen Bosch Professional Akku-Schrauber von meinem Vater gewünscht und ich war am Anfang sehr zufrieden damit. (Kleinigkeiten wie Schrank aufbauen usw. nur für den Hausgebrauch...) 2 Jahre lag der gefühlt nur rum, bei meinem zweiten Umzug wollte ich ihn wieder benutzen, nach der ersten Schraube fing er an zu qualmen und roch sehr streng. Von der Kundenhotline keinerlei Hilfe: "schicken Sie ihn ein und wir erstellen einen Kostenvoranschlag, falls Sie den nicht annehmen macht das 25 Euro für den Aufwand und das Gerät bekommen Sie demontiert wieder". (Gerät ist aus der Garantie ausgelaufen).
Ich bin wirklich sehr Enttäuscht vom Produkt und von dem Kundenservice am Telefon sagte man mir dass man im Namen von Bosch Professional spricht und man zusehen kann wo man bleibt, wenn die Garantie abgelaufen ist, dann hat man auf deutsch gesagt "Pech".
Schade das so ein Unternehmen so ein "Wert" auf die Kundenzufriedenheit gibt.
Nun steht ein Hausumbau um und ich denke ich werde auf einen anderen Hersteller umsteigen, da ich nicht während des Umbaus enttäuscht werden möchte.

I purchased a GKF600 Router in 2017 and used it around 15 times, last week the motor started smoking and the collet has fell to pieces! contacted customer services and they offered a repair for the same cost as a new unit??? If you are thinking Quality think again! I have tools a fraction of the price which are still going! AVOID BOSCH!

Ich habe vor einem Jahr einen Exzenterschleifer BOSCH Professional Gex 125 150 Ave gekauft. Leider gab es am Gerät einen defekt. Beim Kundendienst angerufen, die haben angeboten das Gerät abholen zu lassen oder - wie in meinem Fall - habe ich die Maschine kostenlos an den Reparaturservice geschickt. Bei 3 Jahren Garantie auf das Gerät wurde es binnen weniger Tage kostenlos repariert, gereinigt und neue Teile eingebaut und kam bestens verpackt in weniger als einer Woche zurück!! Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und auch danke für das Servicetelefon, wo man ohne Wartezeit eine/n kompetenten Mitarbeiter/in ans Telefon bekommt, der weiter hilft. Das ist vorbildlich und absolut empfehlenswert!

I have been using Bosch power tools of many different types since around 1972.
Just last week my regard for this equipment was increased. Having spent more than 50 years involved in the construction of sets for the entertainment industry. I feel I must relate an extraordinary incident,
whilst working alongside a swimming pool.
My Bosch Dx 18v-EC impact Driver was accidently knocked into the water (4 ft. deep) where it lay for some 15 mins whilst a suitable implement was found to retrieve it.
As you can imagine I made the assumption that the driver and battery would be completely useless after this episode. However, a little time with an air line and a can of WD 40, and the machine works as it did before its untimely dip.
Well done Bosch!
