Heater works very well
Heater works very well, and the 3" duct is a convenent size. If I were to make any changes I would like to see a protective cover for the controls to protect against the elements and probably a little larger fuel tank, but overall I am happy with the product.

The communication via email was perfect. Their understanding of the problem and they offered to handle it free of charge, even though the refrigerator was out of warranty. They also followed up when the part shipped and wanted feedback. All of this is what you would expect from a well run, reputable company.

It does what it was supposed to do
It’s a nice little fridge bought for summer weekenders and road trips but I’ve had it running in the basement for game day supplies
My only nitpick is that the instructions are so bad/incomplete/vague I had to consult AI to set it to eco mode.
Other than that it’s great

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service! I returned a freezer/fridge, solar panel and controller & I sent it back to them (I had to pay shipping, UPS $278.00) and they gave me the run around for a month after they received the items. I still don’t have my refund. They are horrible to work with.

Great Light's
The company is really good at making products that can be for different uses. My Boyfriend uses it as a mechanic's light that way there is no cord involved, and you can change the light direction of it. And my mother uses the smaller one for stained glass since it sits just right. Also Blue Collar Corey from Facebook, you sent him the tall light to try out and I was sold from that reel he posted lighting up the basement so, Thank you for that.
