My husband purchased the Bougerv heater and he loves it! It gets warm really fast and it’s quiet.. He’s already took it camping and it worked great. It worked great with his power bank..

The 110 volt adapter to plug in the diesel heater never worked. I still can't find another adaptor to turn it on. The site appears to not sell them.

Great, responsive, and good service. They quickly sent me a replacement display, walked me through all the steps, and sent a video. The refrigerator is working again. Great service.

Great Product. Bought for fishing, but came in clutch during a power outage at the house. Puts out a ton of light, and the battery life was great as well. Definitely worth the buy!!

Love this refer! So far a great product. The eco mode allows us to run the unit overnight 8 hours at 0 degrees F. on a 6AH 40 volt battery. The room was 66 deg. F. Pretty impressive!

First, I need to say I didn't use the solar products I purchased for an RV. I used the stuff I bought to recharge a battery that runs a wench to move my boat up and down a ramp.
Secondly, I didn't know much about solar systems or how to configure them when I started this project. So, I scoured the internet for information to educate myself. I found tons of info including pages on the BougeRV website that were very helpful.
My only complaint is the BougeRV website was not completely clear about the parts/components required to mount the solar panels. Like, when one bracket would be better than another for a particular application. I figured it out eventually after buying the wrong brackets the first time out.

Customer service was excellent. Had a problem with the first one sent it back no problem.

Bouge rv responded quickly to my warranty claim. They sent me a new fridge to replace the one that quit working after 2-1/2 years. My only concern was it took a few weeks for them to ship it. Other than that, they were great to deal with!

So far I've purchased a 55 qt cooler/freezer, flex solar panels, 2000w pure sinewave inverter and mounting accessories and I'm very satisfied. Their customer service is top notch and very responsive. One of the solar panels had cracks on the surface and Bougerv sent a replacement within a week. Awesome company!

I ordered a Ski Rack as a Christmas Gift and unfortunately my son was not able to use the ski rack. BougeRV reached out and provided a partial refund and also allowed me to keep the Ski Rack, great quality product and great company that responds to concerns from their customers.
I would recommend BougeRV if you are looking for a Ski Rack that is great quality, great value and easy to use.

The blankets are great. Better than all the others I looked at because they have multiple settings. They’re large and they arrive quickly.

Ordered a portable heater for an RV, once received, which took a few weeks as it shipped from China, the package was opened to reveal completely missing accessories - no cords, plugs, exhaust, nothing, save the remote. There was also a bare wire protruding from the back port. After explaining all of this to customer service ( whom wanted to say it was tampered with and parts stolen, and the bare wire was a "twig" that mysteriously got in the box) it was decided to send the unit back for replacement. This was about a month ago Jan '26 and no replacement has arrived yet. Website says out of stock. Communication is purely by email plus there's a third party involved as I'm the one paying for the heater, while someone else is receiving it.
Edit: In process of receiving refund for initial defective heater. At the very least it's good to get that back, by this point a replacement unit is less necessary.

Cheap as in low quality. Very sad since I was very excited. The Exhaust pipe is stuck on. No replacement available. I feel swindled so I can only BougeRV took my money, provided no solution.

Good experience with both the diesel heater and the hot water heater the only problem was I tried to buy another diesel heater but can’t find them anywhere now where can I find one I can’t find them on your website now?to

U got my order wrong and i had to go return a heavy 40lb object. No compensation or anything offered

We bought the telescoping light and used it on a 3-week camping trip. It quit compacting so that was a bit of a pain but it was still functional as a light. We found the form factor quite convenient but were highly disappointed it had issues. I contacted support and they replaced the light with little hassle. Great service and it great that a company backs their products.
