The cooler I purchased arrived damaged. After sending BougeRV photos, they quickly shipped a replacement (that arrived in new condition).

I was looking for the largest fridge that would fit in the "subtrunk" of my SUV (where a spare tire would go) and the BougeRV 23QT fits perfectly. It's great that I always have it with me and can be a freezer as well. It cools down really quickly so I can simply turn it on when I go in to shop and by the time I come out it's at the temperature I want. It looks really nice too.

I purchased the BougeRV Rocky 69QT Dual Zone 12V Portable Fridge to use on my boat. The order arrived at my home in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately the box appeared to have been dropped at some point and, upon unpackaging the fridge, there was damage to the unit.
I contacted the customer support advising them of the damage. The next day I was asked to take photos of the packaging and the damage. Upon receipt of the photos customer service contacted me and advised that they would replace the fridge. The order was processed that day and the new fridge arrived within a week with no damage.
Although I have not had the opportunity to use the fridge yet, the response from BougeRV and their customer support was outstanding.

I'm the owner of a sprinter 2024, and I have been building my van with products from BougeRV. from solar panels all the way to inverter, cables and outdoor appliances. I only have one Victron distributor in between. After two years, all I have is positive experience with BougeRV. from purchasing to customer service, it has been a very satisfying experience.

I have procured other products and had very good experience. This was the first time I experienced a problem with a product but the communication with the service group went very well.

I hooked up a low voltage cut off to my hybrid vehicle 12 volt battery lasts for two days without driving vehicle
I personally leave fridge in cargo area voltage cut off turns back on when voltage i set is reached so fridge is always cold but might not be running between low voltage on battery which is not long since vehicle is drove often
