Excellent products; the solar panels have the highest efficiency on the market. Well packaged to prevent shipping damage.

I had an issue with the dc to dc charger. I emailed bougerv and I was contacted the next day. After several test I was ask to perform on the unit. I was sent a replacement, which so far is working as it should. Special thanks to Wenny for the help in resolving this issue. I had an over all good experience.

I assume you got paid by UPS for the damaged power pack. Then you left me with 50 pounds of junk and lovely parting gift, a light. You have made no effort to replace the unit or offered any apology for the way my account was handled. I wouldn't buy anything from you ever again. Enough said.

The most compelling aspect of my purchase was the quality of the product, chiefly the two zone cooler style fridge/freezer. It can be powered by 12V or 24V (the latter is my build-out design) and appears very reliable, as tested in my kitchen,

Orders are always shipped in time and arrive in good shape.

I had a few issues with one unit and they honoured their warranty quickly and sent a replacement.

Updated: I do believe it was an accidental error by the website team. While I wished the sales people would have honored the price that was indicated, as what is customary in retail, and immediately fix the incorrect website pricing, It was nice to see a representative from the company acting responsibly and did try to make things right. They did fix the website error. And so whats great is they made the correction. I like the products I purchased from Bouge RV.

BougeRV's website indicated pricing on two items that they will not honor. They claimed it was an innocent website mistake. However, after they have been made aware of this twice to two different representatives, one of which is a manager - they have continued to leave this misleading advertised price on their retail website for others to be baited. A solar charger advertised for on sale for $89.99 from $129.99 , but once in the shopping cart changes to $159.99 for the same item.

Great customer service and the camp light works amazing

Our solar panel to charge our 52qt rv fridge arrived quickly and was well packaged. We are using the bouge rv fridge on a long trip and it's excellent! We are using the 12v adapter in the car and transferring to 110v AC when in a hotel. The onboard battery is handy when out of the car for hours in parks. Everything stays cold/frozen for us. We love this unit!

I purchased a mobile fridge, It is great product . The customer service is very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this brand ! The experience was so good that I m considering adding new bougeRV items to my camping gear

I have diesel heater, DC heated blanket and fridge. They are the best!

I did received the item with a massive damage due to shipping and handling,contacted the support services,send pictures and tracking informations,within days my replacement unit did arrive in my front porch.
The support services is excellent and swift.

Ordered the T1 portable lamp. Nice design, seems solid and I can't wait to try it for real this summer.

The first one that came in didn't light up at all. I'm thinking it maybe got damaged in transport since the box wasn't in the greatest shape. Sent an email to the support team and they came back to me in less than 24 hours. They asked me to try a couple things and since nothing worked, they sent me a new unit and let me keep the old one. They provided the new tracking number and made sure to update me every part of the process. Even if the first lamp came in faulty, I find it very nice that the support was quick to react and comprehensive.

The purchased item fulfills my needs. It arrived in great condition. Exactly as described. Good purchase. Good value. Happy customer
