I’m really disappointed I had my first cooler for a 5 years running 24/7 the compressor went out. Bought my third cooler about two months ago to keep meat frozen and this is the second time it went from -02 to 24 degrees so $150 worth of meat in the garbage. Man yall got to do better.

Great customer service. I bought a 100 amp charge controller, 2000 watt inverter
I bought a 100 amp charge controller, 2000 watt power inverter, solar panel cables, and a MC4 tool from them. Everything has been great besides the power inverter i only used it a few times before it started having an error code and not working. Customer service was great, they sent me instructions to diagnose the problem but the problem ended up being something I couldn't fix, they sent me a new power inverter to replace it. I'd give Customer service an A+ rating they were very helpful and made sure the problem got resolved.

Easy access to excellent customer service
I ordered two BougeRV Outdoor Portable Camping Lantern. One of them had a rattling sound when rotated it in my hand. I corresponded with email and was requested to send a video clip. I received a replies immediately and a replacement came soon after.
