I love the Pilates classes in Epping. Everyone is welcome and it’s so much fun. Natasha is a great teacher, I can’t recommend enough.

I have become totally addicted to Bounce Bed Reformer Pilates and I couldn't recommend it enough. It's the workout I look forward to going and I feel so much stronger and more flexible for it. Laura is such an amazing instructor and one of the best. Her high energy keeps you motivated all the way through and she structures every class to get the most out of you in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're new or have been attending for a long time, she will make sure eveyone in her classes are benefiting the most they can. Either by teaching the technique or progressing you further. The Choreography and music is always on point too. Join a class, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Nic at Ware Studio has been absolutely fantastic. I've really enjoyed her classes! As someone dealing with ongoing injuries, I truly appreciate how she takes the time to guide us through each exercise carefully and consistently checks in on our progress. The classes are both enjoyable and have really helped me make solid progress.

I’ve been going to BOUNCE Bed in Sawbridgeworth for the last 9 months and I absolutely love it. Why, because all of the instructors have been so welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable and you can see they have real passion. I have to say that Nicole is fantastic, you just know when you connect with someone. Nicole helps with progression, form, gives an understanding of the move, modifications and most of all remembers you to breathe! Thank you! The studio is absolutely beautiful with a lovely waiting area and boutique. Bounce Bed is such a great way to focus on you for 45 minutes and after you will feel amazing.

Absolutely amazing classes with fantastic instructors! Reformer Pilates has quickly become my favourite workout — challenging yet so rewarding. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, which makes every session something to look forward to. Highly recommend to anyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and confidence!

I started BED reformer Pilates about 3 months ago and I’d highly recommend it. I go once a week and even when it’s been a tough week and I’m feeling tired I still look forward to going. It’s well choreographed, I love the music and it’s a real escape for 45 minutes. It’s hard work and I’ve noticed a difference in my shape and core strength along with my back pain being nearly eliminated!

Every instructor I’ve had has been fab but Nicole is an absolute super star - she creates a really safe and calm space, and really focuses on making sure your form is spot on whilst making sure you get a great workout.

I’ve loved bounce BED so far, Nicole @ ware is super lovely she’s always so nice and made feel comfortable from day one. I always look forward to my Pilates sessions with her, she’s amazing! :)

Absolutely love Bounce Body Fit! I had been wanting to try the reformer beds for ages, and I’m so glad I finally did. I even dragged my sister-in-law along with me! The instructors are fantastic – Nicole and Miranda have been great and answered all my questions right from the start. I’ve been telling everyone who’s thinking about trying it to go for it!

I’ve been attending Bounce Bed for nearly a year and would never look to book elsewhere. My amazing instructors Nic, Donna and Jane at Bishops Stortford are just the best !!!!!! I look forward to my classes every week xxx

Stacey is an absolute superstar instructor….
Don’t think you will get it easy, she knows your limits and works with you to push them just a tiny bit harder each class to help achieve the goals we are aiming for.

Just want to give a shoutout to my amazing Bed Reformer teacher, Stacey. I’ve been attending her classes in Epping for months now and can honestly say I would never look to book anywhere else. I love the fact the Bounce Reformer classes are in line with the music, but Stacey’s enthusiasm and genuine care for her clients is the cherry on the cake for me. Thank you for motivating me and making me genuinely look forward to my work out.

I've been attending BED Reformer Pilates for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough. Every class is well-structured, challenging, and always leaves me feeling amazing. The instructors are all incredibly skilled and friendly, but I have to give a special shout-out to Nicole, who teaches the Monday classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and makes every session both fun and rewarding.

Stacey is an incredible instructor it was my first time at her class once upon a time and she made me feel at ease and showed me exactly what I needed to do! I love attending her classes still when I am in the area ☺️

Bobbie’s class is now an essential part of my week. A great group of attendees and Bobbi pushes us to our max as knows what we are capable of. I’ve been coming for over a year now and feel stronger than ever - thank you!

I have been attending Bobbys Wednesday reformer classes for over a year now and cannot praise her classes highly enough. She pushes the class to be our best selves and energises us all with her amazing attitude and knowledge of reformer. Bobby is always supportive and kind (especially when you struggle with exercise and give up exercise easily!) it’s a true addiction now and will never look back.

Appalling customer service.

Having purchased a £175 bungee trampoline of my own. I contacted H/Q to notify them that the sole reason I bought the trampoline was that I needed to bounce on a firm trampoline for health reasons ( issues with my leg) and the trampoline I had been given was literally saggy in the middle. I requested that I be allowed to swap my brand new trampoline for a used trampoline from H/Q that was very firm. My request was denied and no refund offered even though for me the trampoline I have purchased is unusable.

Bounce promotes itself as supporting women and fitness for all. Obviously not, as said in other reviews it’s all about the money. Just be careful when purchasing items, there is no customer service.

I attended a few bounce workshops and each time is like attending it for the first time. Always very innovative and fun. Each time was as exciting and fun and I personally cannot get enough of it. I will continue to attend every time I get a chance 😊. The best cardio ever 🫶

I’ve been a Bounce fan for 1.5 years now. I joined solely because I wanted to get fit ahead of my wedding.

I joined with super low expectations, feeling really nervous to be in a room full of people I’d never met before.

I can’t tell you how much joining Bounce Chigwell has been genuinely life changing. From the moment I entered that room, Natasha has been the most wonderful, kind and enthusiastic instructor I could have wished for.

Not only has my fitness and physical health been the best it has been in all my adult life, Bounce has really positively impacted my mental health (which I didn’t even realise I needed!) I genuinely look forward to my Bounce & Beats sessions each week and Natasha has fostered the best, supportive, lovely class vibe which just makes it addictive! I’m grateful to have a class where I feel welcome and confident to be myself with the best Bounce family I could ask for.

Thank you to Natasha - a true superwoman - who deserves all the praise in the world. And thank you to Bounce as a whole for providing this genuinely fun, friendly and fierce atmosphere for all. I highly recommend it to anyone of any age!

What was great ……
Fabulous venue and parking.
Music brilliant… few toilets to use.
Offered body glitter.
A good mix of classes - we didn’t like the boot camp and was glad it was only short!
Instructors were motivating and talented. 5/5

What wasnt so great
The meal was advertised as “wholesome” it really wasn’t. Rice and chopped breaded chicken. Disappointing snacks - no real healthy ones and considering was an exercise day there was no water or cold drinks - glad I brought many to share out.
A little disappointed with the choice of things to buy and the goody bag - would have been nice to get a few more goodies rather than just the 1 item. 3/5

Would I go again probably yes but would welcome a few improvements.
Some people there had been to the ones at HQ and it was advised those ones were better. Haven’t been so can’t comment !

Had the best time as usual. Fun and fitness how it should be so thank you for another fabulous BWS see you next time 🎉🎉 POM POMS and light up headbands at the ready 😍😍😍
