Ordered the Samsung A71 and told it would be delivered on the 23rd, but it came 2 days early!!! So happy. I purchased this £60 cheaper than Amazon or Carphone Warehouse and was skeptical about the price difference. But, I will buy every electric appliance from you in the future. Thanks so much.

I was a little skeptical about using box tech, now I won't use anywhere else.

The price was so fair compare to other website. Postage was excellent, got it with 48hours. Will definitely visit again.

Top phone at a sensible price. Box was sealed but there was evidence the box had been opened before (finger marks on the phone screen protector and ripped cardboad where the SIM ejector tool is located). The phone works fine, so I am OK.. but I have my suspicions these are returns being sold as new?

Follow up to the repky: thanks for your comments. As I said the phone works fine and a few fingerprints etc don't concern me! I assume this was from the factory, and don't expect any replacement etc. Many thanks.

Ordered a phone from this site for my husbands Christmas. I received the phone the next day, was very easy to use the website and will definitely buy from this sure again.

Item is a battery for my Sony Viao Laptop. It arrived very quickly, well packed and correct. It was as described and worked perfectly so far.

Happy with the Samsung phone and time to delivery but was disappointed the advert did not say it was a European import that had been opened and the plug changed before onward transportation. Otherwise very happy.

Phone arrived very quickly; all good.
So far it is a delight to use, it is brilliant.
My last phone was good but the charge 'socket' point failed.
If this lasts as well it will be great; but so far it is far better than expected.

Certainly the sale and delivery were spot on.

Phoned Boxtech Re.. missing item. They promised to look into the matter and contact me right away, have heard nothing since. I have now gone elsewhere and bought a leather case for the phone.
Extremely disappointed.
