Terrible scam company, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Ordered a flush plate

They said stock error, it would be shipped in 1 month

Never arrived - then reassured it would be sent in a few days

Never arrived - again the same

Asked to cancel the order; refund confirmation email was sent

Then refund did not arrive, luckily I used paypal and a credit card so was protected.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Bought and paid for GROHE Icon 150 handshower. Message from someone called Sam who said shipment delayed, could I wait a month. Never heard from them again despite daily messages for a week asking for refund. They have had 3 weeks to reply so now time to warn others.

AVOID - lean from my experience.

26/07/2026 order bath shower mixer no answer for 8 days in stock if ordered dispatched in 24 hours. My work it’s delayed for 1 week know and client not very happy. Magic.

Took my money for a Grohe product, which they had on their web site - said in stock. then tell me 2 weeks, keep delaying never answer emails. After 7 weeks they tell me Grohe wont supply them.

Just stay away.

No Communication

Pros - competitive on price and speedy delivery

Cons- hard to get hold of and cannot leave a voicemail as mailbox always full.

Ordered various items- toilet didn’t arrive- apparently I had to arrange delivery of this item separately so arrived late. I wasn’t told this.

Bath damaged. They offered £100 which I accepted as I needed it urgently.

Handles didn’t arrive for toilet/ basin combi unit so I contacted them but they forgot to send them separately. Arrived one week later but supplied handles for a 1000 unit when ours is 1200 so handles too short.

Really hard work. Next time I will spend a bit more in the hope of better quality.

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for nearly a month. Absolute lack of communication! I was told they did not have my item in stock, they had to order it and that it would arrive 10 days ago but it didn’t. Tried to call them, line is always busy. Is the company real at all??

I dont often write negative reviews but this did irk me and I am hoping that it will help this company improve.

I ordered a tap and a bath shower mixer, order was paid and so accepted. 2 days later I get an email that my order has been updated and to log in... assumed this was just tracking info or some such.

A week later I decided to look at the spec/dimensions on their website as the plumber was coming in 2 days. Noticed the price had doubled....

Called up primarily to figure out where my order was - guy tells me order has been cancelled. When I ask why, he says it was out of stock. I suspect this was not the case.

I know things happen, sometimes items aren't in stock or the last one is damaged, or there is a mistake in the listing price. What shocks me is that no one called me, no emailed me, they made zero effort to reach out, and when I reached out to them, it would seem that all they could give me was dishonesty.

Bathroom works obviously had a spanner thrown at it as I didn't have any taps by the time the plumbers came.

All in all an upsetting and stressful situation, and definitely feel hard done by their lack of decency. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

Item was as described, arrived very promptly, and was very well packaged.
I would certainly order from Bradford Bathrooms again.

I ordered a new kitchen mixer tap, this came quickly and was well packaged. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, it looks great and I am very pleased with it. More importantly so is my wife. The price was competitive.
