Brady Solicitors were instructed for a lease extension of a flat in London. The instructions were dealt with by Lizzie Kendrew and her team. Leaseholds are a lot more complicated than the sales/purchases of freehold residential properties. Lizzie showed a high level of expertise, judgement, and efficiency throughout. I was unfortunate enough to have had dealings with these people over a missed ground rent payment. I am currently writing to the solicitors regulatory authority in relation to extortionate fees and charges, even for simply asking a question via an email. They gave me a date to make a payment by, which was made but already went ahead and approached my mortgage company to get their money. Absolute disgrace of a company. Avoid at all costs .

They handled my lease extension. The process was lenghty (through no fault of theirs) but they kept in contact, made sure I had the necessary information and communicated clearly.

A specialist property law firm their website states... Yowser! May The Lord help us all if that is true, for we are definitely doomed. Over 1 in 3 of their customers give them a 1 star review. That says it all, I don't need to add except to say that the Head of Litigation has got a massive communication problem when it comes to answering emails. She is firmly disinterested in her clients of which I am one (even if they give their standard reply of "We note you are not a client of Bradys Solicitors etc etc") Maybe they are understaffed? Maybe she has serious personal problems for which I am sad. But the lack of interest costs clients money, stress and all round exasperation. Bradys are not good for your mental health! Whatever it is I hope to never go near this bunch of charlatans again, they are a disgrace to their profession. Just for once, believe what you read on Trustpilot.

bradysolicitors are nothing more than extortionist thugs, I missed payment of ground rent of X amount and got email from bradysolicitors asking me 4X amount quoting that 3X are their charges for just sending me 2 letters. This is utterly illegal, unethical and unjustified. This must be reported and I am going to file complaint against them.

Communication from this company is second to none, I was kept updated at every stage. Friendly and efficient.

Completely unprofessional and no communication between themselves
Solicitors ( Josh) will blatantly lie about phone calls they have had with you to delay processes and make more money from you.
You do not receive receipts from them when asked nor a thorough breakdown of cost. There is no communication between the different people you deal with and the service is shoddy.
Dishonest and incompetent…. Plucking ludicrous fees out of thin air… that they just can’t justify.
I’m waiting for their generic response.

Brady’s solicitors are utter scammers and unprofessional. They simply do not care about justice or the law, they just want to extort money out of you. Josh told me false and damaging information, while Olivia the paralegal cannot even spell in her emails/comes across as very blunt and rude. As well as this, they do not even have the decency to respond to emails which highlight their incompetency and mistakes. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
