I ordered the wrong sd card and I found it very easy to start a chat and in a very short period the order was amended,
Also I had a couple of questions about my b2 which were responded to promptly, if only all businesses were like this, well done

I have only just finished installing the B2 after spending sometime setting it up and all I can say is that I am delighted with the B2 and matching Brennan speakers So now to “rip” a few CDs!

Fast delivery service.

I was notified that my B2 was going to be delivered while on holiday. I downloaded the Royal Mail app, but wasn't able to change the delivery date. The B2 was left next to my garden gate, in full view of the road, in a Brennan branded box. Luckily enough I managed to contact one of my neighbours who went around and kept the package safe until my return several days later.
As I had to pay extra for delivery, I would at least expect a "signed for" delivery, especially as it is an £800 item.

A recent power cut sent my B2 bananas - checked support on the website for my symptoms. Tested one option, that didn’t work. Which meant my SD card was corrupted. Ordered replacement. Arrived in a couple of days. Sorted. That’s great service and my Brennan is a great piece of kit!

works well but doesn't recognise British summer time, can be fussy on recognising cds

A quality product that is also easy to use. I'd been having access issues with my previous NAS drive. The Brennan2 made my life so much easier. Great for ripping CDs. I copied my music library from my old NAS drive and then pointed my Sonos to the Brennan. I still use my Sonos app but its pick all the music from the Brennan. Simple to get setup. Wish I had invested in something like this years ago!

No fuss. No hassle

I bought a Brennan but I never received it. I live in the center of one of the UK's largest cities but the courier didn't deliver it on the day that they originally said, then they left it in a warehouse and wouldn't respond to my messages. So whats that got to do with Brennan? Well the courier returned it to Brennan and I didn't get my player. All that money and Brennan cant use a decent courier!

Have had 3 B2 previously and have been satisfied with them. The one to one contact with someone from Brennan has always been weak, this time emails with your Amanda has been helpful.
My new B2 sound is great,fascia is better looking. The CD TRAY is the weak point CD does'nt eject right out. I'ts fiddly putting CD on tray I have to support tray underneath because tray is flimsy I don't know how long it will last?

Ordered a replacement B2 remote. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive. Contacted Brennan who arranged to send another remote. Prompt reply to my initial email and good communication all round.

The B3 is not integrating well with Sonos. It only recognizes 2 of 3 speakers. Also issues with WiFi. Cannot stream Cds / WAV files to Sonos unless I convert to MP3 which defeats the entire purpose of burning lossless CDs. It works just fine for CDs / WAV files with wired speakers. It streams internet radio without issues.

Having tried out the Brannan B3+ for several days I am satisfied it is giving me the results I hoped for. It is easy to use even for a technophobe. The sound with the Brannan speakers is crisp and clear.
Labelling the speaker end of the leads with red and black would be helpful.
(The courier delivery for the speakers was less than Brennan standard).

I ordered a SD card it came in a week I fitted it all working again.

What can I say about this little box of magic, the new Brennan b2 2026 is a great machine, I'm currently transferring all my music to it from my NAS. Ripping an CD is also very easy and the sound quality is just fantastic.

I don't use wired speakers because we invested in Sonos sometime ago, like I said the sound is great, but with the Sonos speakers it give another dimenstion. You can pick your Sonos zones and of you go.

The web interface works really well and transferring music over the network works like a dream. I really don't understand why this little box of magic have not sold millions. Thanks Martin Brennan for the great invention.

My remote for my Brennan B2 malfunctioned. Glad to find that Brennan sold one post free. It arrived very quickly and works properly. Thanks
