I first bought the Breville One-Touch Coffeehouse Coffee Machine | Espresso, Cappuccino and Latte Maker | 19 Bar Italian Pump | Automatic Milk Frother in February 2021, and within 3 months had to return it to curry's as the pump that pushes the milk through the frother stop working.

It made a noise like it was trying to pump but never had the power.

The first purchases was then replaced by a new machine, I have now had the new one for just short of 2 years and yet again the pump that pushes the milk through the frother is yet again doing the same thing. I expect a coffee machine to last more than 2 years as these are not cheap purchases. And to have exactly the same issues as the first machine that was replaced is appalling. There must be design fault with the pumps, I am appalled that I am dealing with the same issue that now has made the coffee machine useless.

The coffee machine is not used excessively, it is only used once a day in the morning, so would have expected the machine/pump to last a lot longer. I now have no warranty to cover this fault.

So yet again I will have no option but to buy a new coffee machine

Brought a sandwich toaster. What a complete waste of money. Used once and got to dispose of it already as you can’t clean it properly and any leakages go straight into the electrics.

Best toaster 4 slices by from Asda from 65£ to cheaper 22£ is absolutely perfect,toast bread 🍞 awesome not any burn,easy to clean is just a perfect gift..Even kettle look expensive than most of other brands .

They don't answer emails or tickets, I have been waiting for a response since Jan,

Support always offline, if you request a callback they don't call back.

basically if the product goes wrong, you won't receive any customer service as they don't have any or if they do it takes MINIMUM of three months to even respond to an email, I'm still waiting for my ticket to be responded to from JAN!

On our third Breville 4 slice toaster. It matches the kettle so we wanted to persevere until we found one that didn’t trip the breakers. 3 failures is enough. RUN, don’t walk, away from these toasters.

Bought the stainless steel illuminated panel kettle to replace one I’ve had for years and had to ditch because the plastic in the lid fractured. The new one not a patch on the old one. Cheap and flimsy, very lightweight in comparison. Plus only suitable for right-handed people as you can’t see the water level when held in the left hand.

Bought a four slice toaster off Amazon.. plugged it in..tripped the electric then a nasty burning smell...Amazon sent a replacement next day..can't fault Amazon at all..just received the same toaster and it's done the exact same thing..in now getting a diff make and model..its either an Amazon seller selling fake dangerous breville products or just poor quality..and the first toaster gave me an electric shock..expected more from a breville product...won't by again

I bought a breville Microwave which broke after 4 months. I contacted them using the online form and was told they don’t have the licence for the warranty for their own microwaves and to go to the retailer with their email to get this resolved. I sent the email to the retailer and was advised the product is out of the 30 warranty so this would have to go to the manufacturer…so…back to Breville who just sent me the same generic email saying they don’t have the license for their microwavs but with an abrupt sentence they added saying “as I have already stated” I replied asking how I get this resolved as the retailer is saying it’s their responsibility and I’ve had no response. So basically I don’t have a warranty and have lost my money. I’ve never heard of a manufacturer not covering their own product’s warranty! Terrible service, terrible product and a total waste of time and money! I’ll never buy another Breville product again!

SECOND TOASTER JUST OUT OF WARRANTY SAME AS LAST ONE THEN STOPPED WORKING. UTTER RUBBISH BRAND

This started having problems after 6 months where the milk power started getting weak but I ignored and just after a year it barely worked. I contacted brevil and the customer service said it was over the year so no warranty but will assess it as a favour to me. They reminded me on every email that they are doing me a favour. After 2 months they said the milk part was blocked and basically it was my fault. I used the cleaning function twice a week and this still happened. They reminded me it has to be done everytime which is ridiculous as I would have to pour the rest of the milk away everytime. Bad design, bad customer service, DO NOT BUY

The toaster is at the very low end of the quality spectrum. The left hand slider does not operate unless the right hand section is on. Although there are crumb trays which do work, the toaster drops crumbs everywhere through the vents. My toaster has failed after just over 4 years and I have narrowed it down to the small electro magnet. Having visited the Breville site to source a replacement I'm faced with the following message: Take a look at our Parts & Accessories section for spare and replacement parts available to order online. If we don't have the part available on breville.co.uk, please contact us for further assistance. In order to contact Breville you have to provide your name, address, date of birth and phone number. Not a great product from a mediocre company.

Have had two breville kettles white honeycomb effect curve in 3 years. One bought as gift for new kitchen other bought as replacement both handles snapped at base of handle in same place. Chrome effect foil came away from handle then exposed plastic handle which then eventually snapped strange that it happened exactly the same time place both kettles. Dangerous don't buy. Burn risk. out of guarantee.

Breville own Sage. I bought a Sage air fryer/oven from eBay, which sadly arrived damaged. It needed a new heat tube, should be quite straightforward to buy a new one! No.. Sage can’t get one. I have been told the item is made by Breville Australia, and they don’t have any spare parts. 🤔 Very unhelpful, and I would advise anyone to avoid any companies in this group.
Finally!! I received the parts I have been trying to get to repair my air fryer.

The product was not what I expected. The poor product description on the packaging.

From reading about hot water dispensers, as replacements for an electric kettle, led me to believe they dispensed as much or as little hot water as required, on demand.

Not so the Breville. It does work quickly but heats the entire tankful of water each time. And it's very noisy! Why does it sound like a barista machine?

A somewhat disappointing purchase.

Breville DiamondXpress Iron is not a good product. Have used it just for a year and it tripped my entire home electricity twice. I had to pay for the electrician and get it sorted. I did not have the purchase receipt so customer representative said it’s not In warranty and will offer me a discounted price. After he checked he says on Amazon the product is cheap compared to the discounted price I will
Offer. Very bad customer experience and not a good product. Think before you buy!!

Breville Coffehouse II - Constantly breaking.

Would not recommend this machine at all. I have had to return three of these after only months of having each one. This time i will be getting a refund and switching to another brand. It's a shame as it does make good coffee but with the faults it's more like a disposable coffee machine instead of an investment into a home one.

Excellent customer service. You can actually speak to someone and they help. Something that's hard to find nowadays. Barclaycard, virgin and others, take note.

I purchased a Hot water boiler and upon arrival set it up. With the model I have there is a Brita filter and a small inset gauge which lets you know when the filter needs to be changed. I could not get his component to work and contacted Amazon for a replacement part. They said they could not replace the part but would replace the entire mnchine (10 out of 10 for their customer service). As my Delonghi kettle had stopped working I decided to keep the machine and contacted Brita as this item is used in connection with their filter. They were unable to help as they have no connection with the part. So after less then a week into my purchase I contacted Breville. I received an e-mail some time later saying that they did not supply parts but could put me in touch with a supplier and I could purchase one!!!!!!! A new machine with a faulty part and they want me to purchase one - what kind of a company is this? Only a couple of weeks old and they do not want to know! It beggars belief. I bought this because I thought Breville was a well know, reputable company - I could not be more wrong - They are sharks. They are quick to gobble up your money and don't even care if the product works or not. Customer care does not exist and they should not be allowed to trade their inferior goods so freely. Where can a customer get the after care satisfaction which is "a given" from every other company I have ever purchased from. Amazon should drop them as customers while they treat purchasers with such distain. I will not buy anything of theirs ever again.

Our kettle broke a few months after the warranty period and customer services basically just said sorry there’s nothing we can do. Expected a kettle to last a lot longer than just over a year. The issue was that it started turning itself off and now just won’t turn on at all.
Also expected better from Breville from a customer perspective.
Very short sighted, as it is entirely possible to replace this easily for a customer and then you keep a customer for life.
This experience means we wouldn’t it from Breville again, as they have provided a faulty product and won’t replace it.

bought breville toaster and kettle 6 months ago, lid on kettle snapped off ,went to pc world where I bought the items but were unable to help , tried to ring breville uk kept getting cut off ,all items over priced, will never buy breville again
