Throughout the entire purchase process Harry has been efficient, professional and pro-active with obtaining answers & info back from the sellers in regard to our various questions. Apart from not being able to accommodate a couple of additional viewings that we requested the whole process has been smooth & very positive and as such we would certainly recommend Harry / Brinkleys.

Zulekha manages my properties and she’s very good at dealing with any issues. Her solutions are always very good and her customer service is great, she always looks after me.

Dhruvika Patel is the property manager for my flat which is let through Brinkley’s, and the service and support she provides is nothing short of exceptional. Due to external factors, I have had a few problems with my flat lately. Dhruvika has been there to help every step of the way, always available and promptly responding to all my queries, providing suggestion and solutions when needed, and proactively taking things forward. Very rude and unprofessional. Just called with a query on one of the rental properties available on their website and got told it's under offer, the offer will surely be accepted and end of conversation. Didn't even spend 2min to have a chat.. we might have gone above the price the owner got, but their "estate agent" didn't even give them that chance... very poor!

Our experience with Dhruvika Patel in the property management section has been excellent.
