Placed an order with this company on 4th August (15105). It didn't arrive within specified time, no update from the company. Cancelled the order on the 12th August, via their online system. No refund received. Contacted them via email on 20th August no response received. Tried on numerous occasions to telephone no one answers the phone. Now progressing with the bank. Definitely AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I accidentally purchased a silver KoGE 4-in-1 Swan Pull Out Spout Hot Water Tap instead of brushed brass. Sam kindly rectified the issue and changed it over with the minimum of fuss, arranging for the silver tap to be collected, free of charge. I can't recommend British Bathroom Company enough. It was easy to find the part I needed on the website and after placing my order the website automatically suggested fixings I might need as well. That was all great, but what was then brilliant was that the order arrived faster than the speed of light. I've not ordered from this company before but won't hesitate to do so again.

Placed an order for a product that was supposed to be available/in stock. After trying to call them to double check about my order I realised this isn't looking good as there was no option to get through to anyone and so I requested to cancel and refund.
Never received any human-written reply from them, just automated email informing about a refund that yet hasn't arrived (it is 25.08.2026 today!)

Ordered a wall mounted bathroom cabinet. After a little misunderstanding regards the courier, all was resolved quickly after a short email. It then arrived at the promised time, delivered with care and at a decent price compared to other outlets. We will certainly consider strongly should we require any further purchases in the ranges they provide.

I made order online 10 days ago since than I had no communication regarding when I’m getting my order and no one answers the phone no matter how many times you call.
For me this is a fraud company they are good at lowering you through their ok price and once they get your money you will hate the day you ordered anything from them.
Avoid this company completely.
