Company does not reply to e mails, tried multiple times. Does not answer fb messages either. I cannot get into my account. Money taken but no box. Tried taking another £25 in less than a week after I paid. I’ve resorted to this method of contact in hopes someone replies. I would avoid at all cost. Spend £25 elsewhere as you get more for your money!!. Shame as my dog loved the stuff you get. But this stress isn’t worth it.

My puppy absolutely loves her buster box.
She loves the treats and especially her new toys.

Didn't realise it was a 12 month rolling contact. Considering it says sign up to our monthly subscription box and revieve a "free" dog bed and if you aren't happy cancel at anytime, you can not cancel the contract at anytime!! They charge you for every month outstanding in the "contract" you entered unknowingly.

My tiny dog destroyed the toys and the bed within an hour of receiving the first box and the 2nd box I've paid for almost 2 weeks ago, still hasn't arrived, absolute disgrace of a company!
DO NOT USE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

UPDATE.. Not anywhere when you subscribe does it state  the cut-off for payment is the 13th, and you ship on the 15th of each month.. that means by the time my 3rd subscription goes out I still won't have recieved the 2nd box. It's an absolute shambles and if you do not cancel my subscription as requested I will be taking this further as it's not just me that has stated these things it is in many reviews and Facebook comments!!

FINAL UPDATE - SINCE LEAVING MY REVIEW AND CONTACTING ON WHATSAPP MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED AND PROMISED NO MORE PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN AS I PAID A DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR CANCELLATION (1 BOX). THANK YOU FOR LISTENING BUSTER BOX, YOU RESTORED MY FAITH.

My dog Autumn loves her Box when it arrives - she always seems to know it is for her and can't wait to have a go at opening the box (a little assistance is required)! She always plays with the toys, and has favourites that she goes back to again and again. Autumn also loves the treats and tries to run off with them.

Best buy ever! My dogs look forward to the postman arriving! They seem to know how long it’s been since the last box.
The treats are perfect and healthy, and the toys are great. They even made special accommodations for my box to provide more durable toys! 100% recommend. Been a customer now for 3 years!

My dog, English springer just turned 1 and has enjoyed her first box! She loves playing with her new toys and already I've had to contact vidivet who were amazing. My poochie is looking forward to her next box, I'm so glad I decided to take this subscription on. I will keep renewing it

Please please don't sign up for this waste of money, I got wrangled into a 12 month contract because there was no information when I ordered their "free bed" and buster box which I thought was a ONE time thing 😐 oh no no no I was WRONG! I tried to cancel it after the second box arrived and was told I would have to pay for the rest of the "subscription" I wasn't aware that it was a subscription box otherwise I wouldn't have bothered as I have a husky that literally chews through the extremely poorly made toys and "treats" that you can buy for £1 or £2 from most places!! AND I only just found out that the sneaky b*stards AUTO RENEW the box without asking you, I'm glad I found out as I'm coming up to the last 2 boxes. If I'm charged for another year I'll need to go into the bank and ask them to stop payments as there's no way to stop direct debit on their page and customer services (if you can call them that!) never get back to you and if you're lucky enough to get through they refuse to stop payments even though I told them I couldn't afford it 😡 they affected my credit rating as the used my overdraft to take payments and I hadn't noticed till I got billed for using my overdraft which I never usually use! DO NOT SIGN UP IT'LL BE THE WORST THING YOU COULD DO!!! 🚨🚨AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨🚨

Wonderful toys very resilient almost a year and my dog has only managed to destroy one this is truly remarkable

Absolutely love the buster box n not only coz my dog is called buster 😂 he loves all the toys n treats, the toys might not last long 😂 need something indestructible ! He enjoys getting the box every month x

I have been having a Buster Box for a few years now. Each month it comes, our dog Oscar knows what it is and gets really excited there are always a toy and lots of healthy treats. I think it’s great value for money and a very good way to spoil your dog. I have never had a problem with delivery and always comes on time. I totally recommend Buster Box

Busterbox caters for your dog needs you tell them about your pet name age and sex and then they make a box up to suit your dog needs the toys are really amazing quality and you get treats for your dog all around the world treats that are healthy no bad stuff in them which is a bonus it exciting to see the themes as every month there a theme which is fun they a small company they 2 brothers and 1 friend so 3 lads and they buildt up a great buisness to cater for all of the uk and Ireland as they come from Ireland in Dublin so please support this little business as u will all love it if you got dogs also the money I pay for your boxes some of it goes to help pet chairitys like dogs trust so u helping pets as well

You are never sure what you are going to get in a Buster Box but my three dogs were very happy from when the first box arrived. It was the first time I had seen my Romanian rescue dog play with a toy. The Border Collie went for the other toy and our elderly Jack Russell was very happy with the treats. Definitely recommended. I also use the boxes as houses for my guinea pigs.

My dog has been a buster customer for al his 6 years so far and will be for many more . The treats are top quality and healthy too no nasty stuff here! His toy box is overflowing g with great quality toys which he loves to receive he knows the buster cardboard box delivery so well.

I have been Buster box delivered for 12 months now and my dog loves the contents, the toys are of an excellent standard and the treats are different each box, the dog know when it’s delivered and tries to help himself as he’s excited to get to the goodies.

I wanted our 8 week old puppy to have a variety of toys and treats that you wouldn't always be able to get on the high street...well, Ruben is now 9 months old and he loves his Buster box!! I secretly look forward to it arriving too ;) never disappointed in the variety of treats and toys. Really good quality toys (his first toy has literally just given up the ghost,) and Ruben, being a mab, can't wait tj get into his treats for the month. Strongly recommend you treat your fur baby to Buster box, you won't be disappointed 😉

Found this company via social media over a year ago been using Buster box 📦 ever since for our Bob who’s 2 and a very playful ESS. Bob loves his box when it comes and even opens it himself with no help 😂 The toys are very good quality and we have the tougher ones for him and have all lasted. The treats are natural and Bob loves them!! Buster box your brilliant and the extras available if you want them are really good. Thank you for all you do Bob loves Buster box 🐶

Great value for money and exciting to receive every month, my dogs love the boxes which are always varied in contents. My only niggle is I have a Belgian Mali who does enjoy ripping some of the softer toys apart 😭
