It saved my day more than once! Great hotels at cheap rates worldwide

¡Amé la App! Completamente funcional, los hoteles que tienen en Colombia son súper lindos y con servicios diferenciales. Es fácil de usar y además puedes añadir servicios que tenga el hotel al carrito de compra. A mi me dieron código promocional por amor & amistad y quedó mi reserva aún más económica. Definitivamente una alternativa muy genial para reservar hoteles por horas. Súper recomendada.

Da wir auf unserer Reise einen längeren Aufenthalt am Flughafen Lissabon hatten, buchten wir über BYHOURS im Radisson Blu ein Zimmer. für 3 Std. zum Preis von 81 €. Am Morgen des Abreisetages wurde unser Flug annulliert. Wir haben sofort sowohl das Hotel als auch BYHOURS informiert und da es eine 24 Std. Stornierungszeit gab, um eine Kulanzregelung gebeten. Nach einigen Tagen erhielten wir die Nachricht von BYHOURS, daß sie eine Stornierungsfrist von 24 Std haben, sich aber mit dem Hotel in Verbindung setzen und uns über deren Entscheidung informieren. Danach kam nichts mehr. Nachdem wir am 26.9. wieder zu Hause waren, bekamen wir eine E-mail direkt vom Hotel. Unsere Buchung lag für den 9.9. vor, wurde aber kostenfrei storniert.
BYHOURS hat den kompletten Betrag trotzdem abgezogen und reagiert auf keine e-mail mehr. Das ist in unseren Augen Betrug. Also Finger weg von BYHOURS und lieber bei den Hotels direkt nachfragen.

Tres motivos por los que considero desaconsejable esta plataforma:
* Se obtiene una mejor tarifa tratando directamente con el establecimiento
* Acepta la reserva conforme a la solicitud pero, una vez hecho el cobro, la modifica.
* Cero interés en solucionar el problema y comunicación difícil. A partir de ahí no hay cancelación posible y has perdido tu dinero

Ho recentemente utilizzato byhours e sono rimasta molto impressionata. L'assistenza clienti è stata impeccabile e molto cordiale nel rispondere a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questo servizio a chiunque abbia bisogno di qualche ora di riposo tra un viaggio e l'altro.

Terrible terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel I booked and they said there was no reservation in my name from byhours. I booked 6 hours because we have very early travel and needed to leave at 6:30am, and we had a very long day lasting at midnight, only to arrive at the hotel expecting to have atleast a decent rest but instead got so stressed because they said we have no reservation. We were so tired and then had to endure an hour of telling the reception that we had reservation and it was confirmed on the email, at some point they left us waiting in the lobby not knowing where we would sleep tonight. I tried to contact byhours on the phone but they can’t be reached, nobody was answering the phone. The guy from reception came back 20 minutes past 1am, asked me to forward the confirmation email from byhours and took a copy of my identity card, then gave us a room in the end. Absolutely frustrating experience.

He utilizado varias veces esta página y todo ha ido perfecto! Lo he utilizado para quedarme alguna noche más cerca del aeropuerto y no tener que madrugar o quedarme largas horas esperando en el aeropuerto! Todo fenomenal.

Unfortunately the booking confirmed to me by byhours was never done with the hotel.
I did book a room for layover in Doha for 24 hours. The hotel did not find or have any booking even if byhours did confirm and also charged the transaction fee.
I had to pay almost double price for the room on-site.

Am Morgen des Hotelaufenthalts erkrankt. Dann das Hotel kontaktiert wegen der 24 Stunden Stornierungsfrist. Das Hotel wiederum hat ByHours kontaktiert, um eine einvernehmliche Lösung zu finden.
ByHours hat sich quergestellt.

Krankheit ist nicht planbar und somit ist der Kundenservice von ByHours ein Witz.

ByHours ist offensichtlich nicht "günstig", sondern "billig". Und billig ist eben nicht "gut". Das sieht man an dieser Erfahrung eindrucksvoll.

Gutes Hotel in Flughafen nähe man hat alles was man zum entspannen braucht Personal ist sehr freundlich.

By Hours easy to book ,brilliant idea as we r older. We had the 6 hour option, Spent day in Lisbon ,came back had a shower ready for our flight at 8pm. Metro was 5 min walk e1.75 return for metro into center. Nice welcome, Lovely room with tea and coffee, will b using this option again.

Realice una reserva para el 9 de agosto ya que nuestro avión salía de madrugada. No le di importancia a los correos que me llegaba ya que falta todavía tiempo. SORPRESA me habían puesto fecha de 18 de julio así por las buenas EL HOTEL HA COBRADO LA ESTANCIA. Ni una llamada ni nada para saber si había un error. OJO

Mi vuelo fue cancelado por varias horas en la Ciudad de México y opté por reservar una microestancia en un hotel cercano en lugar de pasar todo el tiempo esperando en el aeropuerto. Una excelente opción y a buen costo!!

Super! Wer flexibel und/ oder kurzfristig ein Hotel buchen will (auch nachts), ist hier genau richtig! Schnelle und unkomplizierte Buchung, Check-In und Check-Out bestimmt man selbst. So kann der Aufenthalt bei der Reise variabel auf den Reisenden angepasst werden. Wir waren begeistert.

Tolles Konzept. Wirklich super praktisch, wenn man gerade mal in einer anderen Stadt den Tag verbringt.

Mal für ein paar Stunden ein klimatisiertes "Büro" finden hat super funktioniert.

Me ha salvado la vida varias veces, literal!!! Lo he usado en Bogotá y Medellín cuando tengo escalas de locos. También me salvaron en Panamá cuando perdí un vuelo 🥲 20 de 10 a esta App!
