cuando intentas reservar la pagina deja de funcionar,pero eso si,el dinero te lo cobran y nadie te responde a los mails.
malísima experiencia.iros a otras empresas mas serias.ah y encima me cobraron dos veces la reserva

Cuidado no se recomienda esta página hacerla con otra más seria,te cogen dinero de tu tarjeta,no metan sus datos.no te responden el correo.

Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung und Reklamation meldet sich niemand mehr von BYHOURS. Es spricht niemand Deutsch. Es wird via google-Übersetzer geantwortet. Antworten ergeben teilweise keinen Sinn oder man geht überhaupt nicht auf die Reklamation ein.

Hola, ayer reserve por accidente una fecha equivocada de mi estancia en un hotel, a la hora de cancelarlo estuve llamando desde las 18:00 de ayer hasta hoy a las 10:00. Llevo 20 minutos con la canción del servicio de atención al cliente... no me parece normal esto.

Do not use this site!! Booked a stay for between flights, when we got to the hotel they had no record of our booking reference or any of our details, tried to call the helpline but an automated service said no one was available and hung up straight away also emailed and sent a message to their WhatsApp, we got an automated response from the email saying thy received it and the WhatsApp contacts us back over 4 hours after the booking was made for!! They tried blame the hotel saying it was a technical issue and they would call them, it wasn’t a technical issue on the hotels side as two members of staff had tried to sort this, they claimed they called and no one answered which I find hard to believe as there was someone constantly at reception and answering the phone when we were with them. They said their phone line also had a technical issue which is very convenient. They take 0 responsibility and just apologise and say it’s a technical issue or the hotels problem, do not waste your time you’ll only be left embarrassed and out of pocket when you have to pay for a separate booking at the hotel because your one does not exist!

Mi pareja y yo hemos recorrido muchos hoteles por Barcelona y es gracias a vosotros. Si que es verdad que para solo 3 horas son muy caras las habitaciones y seguiremos disfrutando gracias!!

ByHours did a good job of modifying my booking at the last minute but their customer service was not as prompt as I would have liked which caused me significant frustration and loss of time trying to resolve. During their published business hours, they are not answering the phone and no support was available on their web chat. The other difficulty is that the hotel can’t do anything directly about my reservation either.

My recommendation is to cancel any reservation and book a new one instead of asking their customer service to modify it, especially within 24 hours of the reservation. That way one can be sure of the new reservation. When there is a potential for flight delays it might be better to book at the last minute after arrival.
