I was charged more than I was supposed to and they only got me a partial refund for the difference. They claim no responsibility, nor does the hotel. They said there is nothing they can do about it. So what's the advantage of paying by the hour if in the end you pay like a whole day?
This service is a good idea but it just isn't working properly.

I am still waiting for their "we're doing everything in our hands to get your full refund and we will keep pushing for it". I guess not much in their hands...

El Site es intuitivo y sencillo; en mi caso particular, y aunque no es el objeto de este Survey, yo reservaria con mas frecuencia si algunos hoteles de ciertas zonas dieran un mayor abanico de opciones horarias de entrada tarde-noche, al menos hasta las 19:00 seria muy util.

L'applicatiln est très bien faite, intuitive et ergonomique. Le choix des différentes catégories d'hôtel est pratique. Je la conseille. Un point à améliorer est le dialogue en français quand il y a un problème.

Grundsätzlich ist die Plattform sehr gut aufgebaut und die Buchung und auch das Stornieren funktioniert sehr gut.
Leider hat sich seit Anfang des Jahres das Angebot drastisch reduziert, was sicher an der Einstellung einiger Hotels liegt, aber aus meiner Sicht an der fehlenden Akquise.
Das Ergebnis ist leider: 2018 habe ich die Plattform intensiv genutzt, seit Anfang 2019 keine Buchung mehr.
Schade.

Ich kann nur für die Stadt Hamburg etwas sagen: Die Idee und Umsetzung ist gut. Das Angebot jedoch meist zu klein, und die Preise für z.B. 3 Stunden Anmietung sind zu hoch. Dafür bekommt man teilweise andere Hotelzimmer oder airbnb-Wohnungen für einen gesamten Tag/Nacht

Had a problem with (I'll admit the cheapest hotel on the site) of which the details are not important. It was handled with thoughtfulness, care, attention, and I really felt valued as a human being. I was offered a small amount of compensation to try again and I was thrilled with that. I travel 40 weeks a year. Me and this company are going to get along well.

L'application est facile et attirante. Une offre de 10.% pour la 1ere réservation. Le premier hôtel choisi à Paris n'est plus disponible après quelques heures de réflexion, alors que l'hôtel a bien des disponibilités. Sauf quentretemps je réserve ailleurs pour 45 euros. L'hôtel 4 étoiles ne tient pas compte des 4, 5 euros déjà débités et me fait payer 50 euros. Réclamation auprès de Byhours qui demande des preuves, alors qu'il leur suffit de contacter le partenaire hôtel. Leurs mails en Anglais ou en Espagnol commencent à m'énerver, je laisse tomber. Il faut aussi signaler la chambre minable octroyée par le Normandy Hôtel. Bref, expérience très décevante alors que l'idée est bonne

Very angry to find that my reservation was not honoured at Hyatt Place, the hotel was fully booked when I arrived despite having a reservation through BYHOURS, I was left stranded without a hotel room.

Do not trust this website.

Ágil, flexible y muy eficiente. Lástima que luego los hoteles no cumplen con lo reservado pero la gestión de Byhours en repuesta a las reclamaciones es eficaz rápida y justa.
