First I waited 2 month, then they sent me the wrong blankets with some other names and color.
And now they don't answer my e-mails.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I ordered three personalized blankets for my grandchildren in August 2022 and never got them. They took my money and scammed me! Stay away for this company they are nothing but fraudulant!

I noticed there was a charged amount different than what it said at check out. I requested to cancel the order immediately. The price difference was $64.10. They asked me to show screen shots of the pricing. Amongst 8 days of emails, they refunded me $24, told me it was too late to cancel my order, jeeping in mind i asked immediately when i saw the high charge. Based on other reviews, im now worried i won't get any product either. I would never recommend this company!

Doesn't say US dollars until after purchase. I tried immediately to cancel my order ( within 5 minutes) but they refused. Would not abide by their cancellation or refund policy. When I received my 2 blankets one was damaged!!! Sent photos, still would not refund or replace. DO NOR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
Not sure who I can report them too. I have given them such a bad name online, that they've deleted me

Very cheap and poor quality.
I ordered two and only received one, but they took the payment for both.
Emailed them. They said the second one will be delivered separately and not to worry.
They lie.
They steal.
Do not buy.

I ordered two personalized blankets for my grandchildren and waited expectantly for almost two months for them to arrive. I was so excited about them! When they finally arrived, I found that they were very poor quality. The fleece material was very think and was shedding even as I took them out of the plastic bag they were in. I emailed them and complained about the poor quality for the price that I paid. They responded but made no attempt to take the blankets back or even give me a partial refund. The thing is, now I am stuck with these blankets because I won’t be able to send my grandkids ( newborn and 2 years old) these poor quality blankets as a gift. I would not recommend buying them! They are a scam!!

This company is a RIP off. Blankets are dollar store quality, theres nothing lush about them. I should have gone with my gut. Everytime I order from online ads I feel wronged. Save your money!!!

I DONT WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR...THIS IS A RIP OFF BS COMPANY. I ORDERED 1 BLANKET IN SEPT THE TRACKING STOPPED OCT 15 AND I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT.. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS ONLY FOR THEM MOFOS TO TELL ME TO BE PATIENT.I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THEY NEED TO VE STUT THE HELL DOWN!! I AM REPORTING THEY MOFOS TO BBB AND CUSTOMS!!!!

They sent a lavender blanket instead of gray for a boy. They would not refund money or send a replacement only gave me a $3 credit because I did not have a picture of the sku just a picture of blanket. Took over a month to get the shipment. Also charged me more than invoice and would not refund difference. Would not order from them again (ordered 3 blankets)

I waited over a month for product, when i received, it was a different color than ad showed, and the spelling of my granddaughter's name is wrong, I have emailed 5 times and tried calling number provided which rings busy every day all day.. I have sent final email saying i would like a refund since you cant return my attmpts to contact.. nothing.

I paid for a personalized blanket and never got it, I am VERY upset because I was not only over charged, but I never got the blanket.

I ordered 7 blankets in August. I have not received the blankets and can’t contact anyone via phone or email. I’ve been unable to track the order with the tracking #s I was given!!!! Needless to say I’m very unhappy. My sister actually got 3 blankets. They are thin, flimsy, and the dye seems to be sprayed on because the color does not go through all of the fabric. She is going to use one as a blanket for her dog and has donated the other 2 to a womens shelter. My only hook is that I might be able to recover my money thru my credit card company. Buyer beware!

Update - products did arrive after many months, just before Christmas. The items were poorly made and the personalisations were all incorrect.
I stand by the 1 star, as the items were not a bargain, not cheap at all and the product was disappointing.

Original review - Do not purchase. It’s a scam. They’ll keep stringing customers along with long-winded reply emails & fake shipping numbers.
