I never received my shoes

I never received my shoes. It’s been six weeks.
Company just replied with the same generic response that I’ve gotten every time that I’ve inquired. 6 weeks at least and I’ve gotten this exact response four times.

Calceus is a scam

Calceus is a scam. Placed an order for masks on 4/17. A month later and nothing arrived. Do not order from Calceus. They are not a legit company.

Do Not Buy

I ordered a box and for the price was hoping, after reading some of the reviews, I would receive a product that was of a decent quality. This is what I received. A good amount of the masks did not have the strip of metal that forms over the bridge of the nose...and the bands that loop over the ears kept tearing away from the material. A product of poor workmanship. Very disappointing and can not recommend for any purpose except for a rag. Wish I had something better say about the product but I don't.

Hate to post things on line

Hate to post things on line, but the customer service is terrible. Can't talk to the product I ordered May 2, as I haven't received it. I can't track it and get no response. Sent them an email May 12 telling them the tracking number doesn't work. They say to wait 72 hours for a reply (unbelievably long). It is now May 18 and I still have not received any response back from them. I suppose it's possible after nearly 2 weeks that they have not shipped, however I should have received a notice if it was unavailable. Didn't realize it was shipping from China. Reviews of Yun Express are terrible.
5/21/20: As requested, I emailed, but they seem to only answer in a public forum.
6/29/20: just received an email from a tracking service that my package was delivered. However they delivered it to the wrong address in the wrong City in the Wrong County. Apparently they got the State right if they delivered it at all. Nothing from the actual delivery service or Calceus
