So easy to book a holiday

Driver was taken ill so we had to swap drivers and had additional passengers which was a bit disruptive because they were told to sit anywhere so all our seats were taken , apart from that hotel at Royal Court. Kersley was brilliant our third visit and we must admit the food was better and after being told there was a new chef it really made a difference would highly recommend this tour. The cotswoulds are fantastic.

To be honest the driver who we have had in the past has been brilliant,
But one down side is the hotels..
And I am with a lot of other people
Gluten free, mine is wheat, due,barley,
I am not a big lover for wet fish.
But I do know you can get Gluten free fish with breadcrumbs.
Not a curry person,I just like normal food, veg,mash ,chicken, chips, beef pork, gammon...
We went to have a meal on a train ride no Gluten free food at all.
It does pur you off.

We had the best time in Liverpool, loved the Aldephi Hotel, food was edible but not any more than that
Alcohol ie lager,cider and some spirits were half price during the day ,then after dinner it went on to buy one get one free, not that we drink alot but weather was warm so a nice cold cider went down well.
We loved the trips that were organised, beatles tour including Strawberry fields, and all other sites, then dropped us off at the Cavern club which now has two stages and a turn on each one.
Caledonian had informed us that our chosen seats had been changed as they were trialling, (if the bus's were half full , they would amalgamate other passengers going to a different destination but would pick up another bus at Gretna)
Needless to say some people did and some people didn't get the email so there was a bit of a standoff with passengers until the driver intervened.

We have booked up again but noticed one of the trips Ferry down the Mersey isn't included so they must be making cut.

Please don't be put off as the whole trip was amazing hence why we have booked again and cant wait, just hope they've decided on the bus situation it worked or not.

The price was good. The rooms were tired. Hairdryer a big old fashioned one you have to keep your finger on to use. The carpets had large stains in the room.
There was a refrigeration unit going off outside the window all night. The food was too much cheese and very strange choices. One night we chose not to eat at all. One night despite being about the 5th in the restaurant we waited over half hour to get our dessert. They were clearing up before we were asked. Then 10 minutes later have up and left. The bar shutting at 11 on a Friday and Saturday was strange. Considering the place was full. The young lad on the clearing up of the bar area never stopped, he ran around everywhere. The coach was excellent great driver Geoff. But the hotel let them down. We went with them before to Isle of Wight and loved it all.

Having been regular customers over the years, we have never had a bad experience. A couple of the hotels have been disappointing, namely Norbreck Castle in Blackpool & the Holiday Inn in Leeds, but for the price you pay, it's usually great value.

The coach journey was good . But took too long to get there the 45 minUte break half way was too long . 15 minutes enough time to go to the loo / have a fag if u smoke . Driver v nice and helpful .
Hotel cheap , clean and in good central place in city
Beatles tour far too long , thought it was 2 hours but took 4 and was more a Liverpool tour

Only disappointment was when two buses had to merge and we lost our booked booked seat when another coach had to merge with the one we was on,

Easy to book and reasonably priced

Great overnight trip up to Skye. Fab driver in William, very entertaining and friendly. Hotel was ok, dinner not so good, never even went down for breakfast based on the quality of the dinner.
