I've ordered many items from calimacil and not once have I been disappointed with their products. Any time I had a question about a product I always received a response within a day or so. I always recommend calimacil to my friends and fellow LARPers and they've also had nothing but good experiences.

High quality and well made products with a very responsive and proactive customer service. Been buying from them for years now and hopefully will continue to do so!

Ordered a new dagger design they are selling to replace an older one of theirs I have been using for years and is still good. The fit and finish on the new one is so much better. It just looks and handles more realistically; thinner blade, better coloring, better grip and a more detailed design. Came quick as well. Could not be happier.

Recently bought a sword from Calimacil and was impressed by the price, the postage and the speed in which the sword arrived to Australia.
The sword itself is great in both quality and feel - highly recommend them for service and product.

I had a problem with a sword that I bought half a year ago, the sword broke at the first use, even the internal rod (I have more of their swords and it had never happened to me, I am very happy with them). I contacted them, they contacted me immediately and they solved the problem sending me a new sword.
Fast and effective

I have been trying for over a week to help my son fix an address error in his order. We can’t get through on the phone, through email support, through chat. Nothing. All their service methods continuously say we will get back to you. But they do not. This is completely unacceptable. They sent an order confirmation and the contact number on the confirmation is not even in service. I found another number for them and we can’t get through no matter what time you call. We sent email support requests, received ticket numbers, still no response...

The products are good but the shipping times and cost of shipping leaves something to be desired.

Sur une hache avec des défauts , il a fallut une réclamation paypal pour obtenir un remboursement partiel.
Malgré des défaut de collage flagrants, Calimacil n'a pas voulu changer l'objet. Ce qui amène des questionnements sur le service Qualité.
Il vaut mieux acheter une Calimacil que vous voyez, plutôt que faire des achats sur le site du fabricant.
Au cas où vous décidez d'acheter sur le site, utilisez Paypal, pour avoir une chance d'avoir un garanti. Celles proposées par Calimacil ne sont que de la littérature et ne sont suivis d'aucunes actions commerciales.

Amazing product. Excellent quality. Speedy delivery. I love Calimacil and recommend them to anyone who is looking for foam weapons.

Quality is excellent, usually ships fast and corrects any errors swiftly.

docking one star for that time they advertised "special offers for Europe" (no more specific in the ad) and it turned out they don't count Norway as part of Europe.
Raised it with customer service and all they told me was "tough luck".

The colors of the sword I received were starkly different than what was advertised.

Importation prices render each purchase risky, due to the varying quality or product, issues with detail/paint/colour wearing off with use and admissablity of hard pommeled/hilted items in U.K LARPS. Above average Customer Service and some good deals, but misleading videos and general information on product structure/softness/quality can cause dissapointment.

With more quality control, Calimacil could become great but each issue found just damages their fledgeling reputation in some countries.

I really do recommend calimacil they have fast shipping and there clothing is top notch I would highly recommend them to anyone who is into larping or sca. I love there clothing and it’s very comfortable:) .

The products are sturdy and last a very long time while the customer service is helpful, friendly, and prompt.
